Online Sales
Center is an eBay auction drop-off service located in
Hamburg, N.Y. 14075. We are a consignment dealer that provides a service
for individuals, businesses, municipalities and fundraisers to market
their items on eBay. We do our best to present accurate and detailed
information about every item we sell and aim to provide strong customer
satisfaction along with a positive experience for all involved. We
continuously list new items on a daily basis, so please check back
regularly to view our other auctions. If you have any questions about any

Once the auction is
finished, the winning bidder may pay using the PAY NOW button to
complete the order. You may also pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check.
We will leave negative feedback for non-paying
bidders, so please DO NOT bid if you do not intend to pay. Pay with your credit card through PayPal. Sorry, NO
personal checks are accepted. Please do not forget
to include the shipping charges in your payment, or your order will be
delayed.
Payment, via the
above methods, must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If
payment is not received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a
Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. eBay
charges Online Sales Center a fee for every listing. Even if you are just
late with the payment, we still must file a Non-Paying Bidder alert to
reclaim these fees in case the bidder does not pay. |

Shipping: |

Most items ship to the United States Only!
Great care
goes into the packaging of your item to ensure safe delivery to you. We
charge a handling fee only to cover costs of material and labor. The
handling fee for items will vary based on the product requirements,
which is included in the shipping total displayed in the shipping
calculator. Please do not forget to include the shipping charges in your payment or
your order will be delayed.
The shipping and handling fees are not negotiable and non-refundable.
They cover not only shipping but all product handling activities. Your bid is a contract, please don't place a bid unless you understand and
agree to these fees. |

Returns: |

All items are sold
as-is, and all sales are final.
We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction or
if there was damage due to shipping and you paid for the insurance. If
that is the case, the buyer must notify us within 48 hours and return the
product within 10 days of receipt of the item. Contact Customer Service by
email at
cs@onlinesalescenter.com or by phone at (716) 627-5908 within 48 hours
of product receipt to obtain an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE
MADE if you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your
item. We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every
item we sell, and aim to provide strong customer satisfaction along with a
positive experience for all involved.

the responsibility as the bidder to carefully review all item photos,
product description and ask appropriate questions. If you have any

Items
received without an RMA number will be refused. Refunds may take up to 7
days to process.
We are not responsible for return
shipping charges on any item.
If you have
shipping damage to your item, contact us so we may file a claim with the
shipper. Claims due to shipping may take up to 30 days to be resolved
by the shipping carrier. |
