(This Terms & Conditions document is an extension to and completion of each item for sale listing and is applicable to all my sales ads. It is the buyer's responsibility to read & follow these bidding Terms & Conditions. Only_Da_Good_Stuff Sales reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time, without prior notice.)

ITEM DESCRIPTION/ITEMS INCLUDED: If an item, accessory or part is not specifically mentioned in the ad, even if it is pictured with the item for sale, then it is NOT included in the sale. The perpetrator would then be reported to eBay Safe Harbor & the item re-listed or offered to the second highest bidder – my choice. Due to the age and/or used status of most items, there is no guarantee or warranty of any kind or type either expressed or implied. I have usually tested the electric & electronic items and found that it works well prior to being placed into a sturdy shipping container but it is being sold "AS IS." This means all items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE IS", AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Per standard eBay practice, all vintage electronics & other used items are sold "as-is" since no one can guarantee the durability or reliability of the device itself or any of its individual apparatuses or components. Most items will be tested prior to listing. However, some items will be listed "as-is-as-found" and will not be tested by myself before listing. If this is the case, it is clearly stated in the ad page. Any statements within the listing such as "unit works" or “functions properly” or “works well” are from my personal tests just prior to listing and do not constitute a warranty. Vintage electronics (much of what I sell) are over 20 years old. While the item is packed very well, it will be subjected to mechanical handling & vibrational manipulation in route to your shipping address. All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No Returns.

PACKING & SHIPPING & INSURANCE: Please see the top portion of this About ME page for more about how I pack & ship. I take great pride in my high quality packaging. I never ship something in a condition that I would not approve of if I were the one receiving the package. The winning bidder/buyer must pay the flat rate shipping cost stated in the ad description itself or in the Shipping Cost fields at the top & bottom of the ad page (PLUS an additional amount specific to a per item/per sale/per number of packages necessary as explained in the next few sentences). If I do not receive email contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours, the transaction will become null & void, the item will be re-listed & a complaint will be filed with Safe Harbor. Attention winning bidders or those with questions - - Some of my emails are being filtered out as SPAM by a few email servers. This is mainly Hotmail & AOL. Even some personal ISP servers are quarantining some of my buyer’s emails. Therefore, if you are not receiving email from me, try it from another email account or use the eBay User Information Request & call me on the phone. Ebay Policy on Invalid and Dead Email Addresses. ''A member’s account must always have a valid, working email address so the user can be contacted by other eBay members and by eBay. If a spam filter prevents messages from eBay or its members from reaching an account, the account is considered to have an invalid email address. Members need to take steps to ensure their account is valid and working.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Members who get an error message when they send a message to another member’s email address are most likely contacting an invalid or non-working address. Members are encouraged to report this by using the Customer Support link at the bottom of this page, and including the error message in their report.

Buyers and Seller agree that feedback is strictly voluntary (in the spirit of eBay) and that the Feedback Forum is NOT the place to work things out. Buyers, if you have any issue, PLEASE be courteous and e-mail or call me as most "problems" are easily resolved. I believe I have addressed all possible circumstances & scenarios in this Terms & Conditions document. Therefore, if you’ve read this in its entirety, as requested, you can easily understand that any unfavorable outcome on your behalf does not necessarily constitute a justifiable negative feedback being posted for me. A negative feedback should be solemnly considered and used only as a last resort. I do not want to leave one nor do I do not want to receive one. I will do all I possibly can to resolve problems even if it means calling you at home, so please take the time to email any questions or concerns. I will look for your posting of my Positive Feedback upon receipt of your item. That tells me you are happy with the transaction. I always post Positive Feedback as soon as possible after receiving yours. Most items will be tested prior to listing. However, some items will be listed "as-is-as-found" and will not be tested by myself before listing. Any statements within the listing such as "unit works" or “functions properly” or “works well” are from my personal tests just prior to listing and do not constitute a warranty. Vintage electronics (much of what I sell) are over 20 years old. While the item is packed very well, it will be subjected to mechanical handling & vibrational manipulation in route to your shipping address. All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No Returns.

I never ship something in a condition that I would not approve of if I were the one receiving the package. GUARANTEE: I am an individual, not a dealer or merchant. I accurately describe the condition of my items for sale. Due to the age and/or used status of most items, there is no guarantee or warranty of any kind or type either expressed or implied. I have usually tested the electric & electronic items and found that it works well prior to being placed into a sturdy shipping container but it is being sold "AS IS." This means all items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE IS", AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Per standard eBay practice, all vintage electronics & other used items are sold "as-is" since no one can guarantee the durability or reliability of the device itself or any of its individual apparatuses or components. Most items will be tested prior to listing. However, some items will be listed "as-is-as-found" and will not be tested by myself before listing. If this is the case, it is clearly stated in the ad page. Any statements within the listing such as "unit works" or “functions properly” or “works well” are from my personal tests just prior to listing and do not constitute a warranty. Vintage electronics (much of what I sell) are over 20 years old. While the item is packed very well, it will be subjected to mechanical handling & vibrational manipulation in route to your shipping address. All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No Returns.

I never ship something in a condition that I would not approve of if I were the one receiving the package. The winning bidder/buyer must pay the flat rate shipping cost stated in the ad description itself or in the Shipping Cost fields at the top & bottom of the ad page (PLUS an additional amount specific to a per item/per sale/per number of packages necessary as explained in the next few sentences).
