Q.)  How much is shipping??

A.) Please use the provided shipping calculator or flat rate amount on EVERY listing. We also COMBINE shipping. We are in the audio business, not the shipping business, so you will find actual shipping rates here, not ridiculous marked-up rates like the others...

Q.) How come you are not reading the "terms" of my best offer?

A.) We cannot see the terms with our software, and Ebay Policy is that you CAN NOT state Free Shipping as a term of a Best Offer, when there is calculated shipping. Moreover, do not ask for extra items, etc in your offer. Simply submit your Best Offer for the item in question PLUS the shipping, and we will be happy to respond to it ASAP. THank You!

Q.)  What is "BSTK" "REFURB" "DISC" "EXH", or "OPEN"???

A.) We here at Open Box Music, a wholly owned subsidiary of Musician's Advocate Inc, have agreements in place with dozens of manufacturers to serve as a liquidation outlet for all of their B-Stock, opened, repacked, refurbed, exhibit stock, and discontinued items. Moreover, we are authorized dealers for every item that we sell! Unless otherwise specified, all products have been tested and QC'ed, and come with the full manufacturers warranty. The following is a legend, describing the different status codes:

• BSTK- describes an item that may have fingerprints, etc on the item, or the box has slight permeations. This is a TERRIFIC WAY TO SAVE BIG!
• REFURB- generally refers to items that have been returned by a customer, and repaired at the factory, and repacked as new. Since these items have been given a clean bill of health, you are ASSURED SATISFACTION FOR A MUCH LOWER PRICE!
• DISC- refers to an item which has been discontinued by the manufacturer to make room for a new item. These are all generally factory sealed, unopened items, and a GREAT value!
• EXH- describe products that have been used as display merchandise at Trade Shows, Expos, etc. Most of these events only run 3-4 days, anbd most of these items have simply been taken out of the box, and NOT EVEN POWERED UP!!
• OPEN- are items that have been opened once to show to a customer in our store, and then promptly repacked to original factory specifications by our staff. Yet ANOTHER great value!

Q.) I live in a foreign country, will you declare a lower value, or as a "gift" so I can avoid Duty and Tax??

A.) NO. We are a business, and we have to provide an invoice, and we have to insure the shipment. Duty, Customs Tax, etc are YOUR responsibility, and are subject to your local laws and regulations. Also keep in mind that most warranties will not apply outside of the United States, and that the vast majority of products are U.S. Voltages only!

Q.) How do I make payment??

A.) Please use the Ebay/Paypal secure checkout procedure. You may use any major credit card or Paypal, however we reserve the right to hold shipments that have unconfirmed or unverified paypal addresses, and request further verification. Please note that we will only ship to the registered Paypal Address on the account as well. This way you are protected 100%, as are we,  and you will receive your item quicker as well..

Q.) Where is my tracking number???

A.) UPS, USPS and FEDEX automatically Email this number to you within 48 hours. Please check your EMail Inbox and SPAM filter for this number. IT IS ALWAYS SENT.

Q.) What is your return policy?

A.) Basically, the same as every other dealer. If the item is defective, DOA, missing materials, or does not meet your needs upon arrival, please Email us for a RMA number. You will have the option of either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock on hand. Please note that microphones, earbuds, vocal and in-ear wireless, harmonicas are not returnable due to Health regulations, and returned software is not returnable as well under Federal Law. Q.)
