WE REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL ALL YOUR BIDS/AUCTIONS WITH OPER8IONSMANAGER HAVE ENDED. We do offer combined shipping, but multiple payments will result in multiple shipments. So please, do not make payment until you receive an invoice from us with a reduced, combined shipping rate. You will not be able to adjust the shipping rate yourself during checkout. We need to adjust this amount prior to sending your invoice.
If you are making a payment by Money Order: Please include a print out of the listing (page 1 only) and include your name, address, eBay ID and auction number CLEARLY WRITTEN along with your money order.

I take great care in my packing. All clothing is packed in NEW boxes, so your items arrive FRESH and ready-to-wear! All sport bras are NEW WITH TAGS.
Insurance Athletic Body Zone includes insurance to all domestic and most International locations, at no additional cost to you.
Shipping is from Atlanta, GA. If you are west of the Mississippi expect shipping to take a week to 10 days. After USPS drop-off, I have no control over the shipping of your item. Please see below for information to purchase tracking for your shipment.
Shipping Outside of the USA
It is a violation of federal law for misrepresentation of customs documents. All of our eBay listings clearly state “We will not falsify customs documents.” Undervaluing imports, making false declarations and other related infractions can lead to prosecution in a court of law. So, please do not bid if you don't want to pay your import tax. I will not pay fraud charges or spend time in jail on behalf of anyone's "eBay experience," so please don't ask. Making the request to "mark as gift" in your PayPal notes section is only proof to authorities of intent of an illegal act.
Border Security, Customs Handling Requirements
It is very important to have your full name (no initials permitted)on shipments traveling outside of the USA, particularly Canada. Customs can and will deny a package access if a full name is not printed on the "ship to" label. Shipment will be returned to the USA and you will have to pay an additional shipping fee, in full, for reshipment of any item. Please make sure your PayPal information lists your full, legal name.

Shipping Confirmation
I always let my buyers know when their payment has been received and confirm that the item will ship within 24 hours.....HOWEVER, if you have eBay on your email "Block Sender" you will not receive this notification.

Just what are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are the total cost it takes to get your item from my front door, safely to yours. These costs include: Boxes (Yes,fresh, clean and new boxes), packing materials such as bubble wrap & tissue, shipping tape and labels. I buy these items in bulk so that I can pass the savings on to you. POSTAGE is what the US Post Office charges to get your box from point A to point B. I have no control over postage rates. The shipping amount and the postage amount totalled together is the shipping fee paid by the buyer. The shipping fee is clearly stated in all my ads. If you would like TRACKING, please let me know PRIOR to checkout so that we may add $0.60 to your shipping amount. If you have a question about shipping fees, please ask prior to bidding.
Shipping transit time is in the hands and the job of the US Post Office. Your item is delivered to USPS for shipping within 24 hours (or less) of receiving your payment.
International Buyers: Your item ships upon payment, but I have NO CONTROL OVER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AGENTS. As stated above, we do not and will not falsify customs documents. The amount declared on the customs document is the exact amount of your winning bid only.
Negative Feedback 
New eBayers (under 25 transactions) please pay special attention here. Negative feedback is for unscrupulous, deceptive, underhanded people, Buyers & Sellers alike. I am a dedicated professional. Mistakes can and do happen, but I do everything to correct my mistakes.....IF NOTIFIED OF A PROBLEM. I'm human and mistakes are God's way of humbling me. I'm not clairvoyant and can't "guess" if there is something I could have done better for you. It is imperative that you COMMUNICATE with me to correct any errors in sizing or shipping. That said, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES to anyone leaving NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. If you need to reach me after the sale my email address is on every listing and delivered with your merchandise.

Feedback is for the eBayer's performance during the transaction, buyer or seller. It's not for personal product opinions or speed of the postal service. Any transaction in which either party is not satisfied can be resolved. I have over 99.9% customer satisfaction with my products and how I conduct my business. That should give you a pretty good idea of how pleased you will be with your merchandise and service!
