We love our city,hiking on mountains,swiming,walking along the beautiful west lake,driving to travel. We found that we may not only do business but also know different people all over the world on eBay,it's interesting ,so we began to registered and verified an eBay account and a PayPal account on May in 2007,became an verified international seller on eBay. We were surprised that eBay business is so hard for a new seller from China,but we also found that most of foreign people are very kind,patient,friendly,understanding and helpful,we meet many kind friends here on eBay,get understanding,help and support from them,so we will insist...till we are successful... Hangzhou city has a very long silk production history,silk is one of its most famous products,so we decided to do our eBay business on small silk products... The most difficulty is SHIPPING TIME.Shipping time is the only one thing that is out of our control,once the package is sent out to the post office of origin,and leave Hangzhou,China,it is absolutely out of our control,it is under destination country Custom's and Post Office's control...The only one thing we can do for accelerating shipping is to ship out the package ASAP: we usually go to post office 2 times a day,ship out package on the day when the payment clears or within 24 hours,then sent shipping notification to the buyer...items are always paked well,many buyers wrote:"get items in perfect shape"...sometimes shipping is super fast:the fastest record:4 days to Japan,6 days to United Kingdom and Germany and California,United States;shipping time of packages sent to East AND Middle United States during October.22 to November 10 are terribly slow: the slowest record: 48 days to New York,United States,cause of unknown reason,fortunately,all those buyers left great comments for me.Thank you again,friendly and undersdanding American buyers! Many buyers from United States,United Kingdom,Turkey,Bulgaria,Poland...are very friendly,help us support us,understand us...thank you,our friends!
