Payments Accepted:  We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and e-checks though PayPal.  Additionally we accept certified checks, and money orders.  If paying by PayPal/Credit Card, you must complete eBay's checkout after the auction is over (see details below).  Payment must be received within 7-days of auction close. If you do not pay within this period of time you forfeit your auction win.

Sales Tax:  Applicable sales tax will be charged to NC residents

Returns: Unless otherwise listed in the ad, we guarantee our products to be fully functional upon delivery. In the rare event your item arrives defective, we will replace it upon receipt of the faulty unit. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. For returns, we have an exchange-only policy. After this 14 day period, items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. (iRobot and Krups have a specialized return policy, please see the product ad for details.
