SHIPPING:
We can only send items MEDIA MAIL that fall under the USPS rules. If you want us to send something Medai mail that is outside the rules, you would have to agree to pay for additional shipping if your package is searched and returned by the post office.
Media Mail & First Class: Are normally shipped in a large enough envelope to hold the items and are wrapped in bubble wrap. Or maybe wraped in brown mailling paper. Please check in auction item description.
Priority Mail : Items are normally shipped in a box. Or maybe wraped in brown mailling paper. Please check in auction item description.
In the US we use delivery confirmation on all packages we ship. Out side the US we are unable to track but we keep all post office receipts for 4 months to verify shipping.
At this time we are not requiring insurance on packages. This may change later for Paypal payments, Due to Paypal policies not honoring the DC# printed from their own site as proof of mailing even after they show up in the USPS system.
If you would like items packaged in a specific way then you must specify the request before making payment as this may increase the handling charge on your item(s).
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING Due to increases in shipping prices & added time spent to send packages worldwide, we now round all packages up the the next pound and and a handling charge to all packages. When you buy more then one auction from us we use the same method which in some cases the shipping on 2 or more auction will not be much more then the price of one auction. Please email us to find out combine shipping on items before you bid.
HANDLING CHARGES: (even with our small handling charge our shipping is still lower then most here on ebay)
On calculated shipping. We do charge a $3 handling charge on top of the USPS postal rate to cover Ebay and Paypal fees & packaging supplies. This charge is already added to the shipping price that ebay calculates for you.
On Flat rate shipping all handling charges have already been added.
PICTURES: We only use original pictures of our items will list here on ebay. No stock photos or other peoples pictures. This way you can be assured of the item you will be receiving.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All items are tested before shipping. INSURANCE is your choice we do not force you to buy it. In the unlikely event there is a problem we will be willing to work something out. This is only for defective items not for items you just decide you didn't want.
Here is our normal offers:
For returns with insurance. I will file a claim with the post office and as soon as the claim has been settled I will issue the full amount of claim to you.
For a return to be considered without insurance. We need to be notified within 48hrs of USPS Delivery Confirmation.
Return the item in question and we will refund the auction price of the item. (not the shipping) If the item is working when we get it back you will need to pay shipping to have it returned and a refund will not be granted.
Video games systems must be the same serial # we sent to you, we do keep records.
For exchanges. If we have another item we can do an exchange. Most items we only have one of.
WE ARE A NONSMOKING HOUSEHOLD.
We do buy a lot of stuff are yard sales and resale store there for it may have come from a house where they did smoke but if it smells like smoke we don't buy item to pass along.
