my name is Amy
and
I am the creator and designer of Our2peasinapod
Jewelry. I started creating jewelry in 2002 for my own little sweet pea when I
began searching for cute, unique, and Quality
Children's Jewelry to match her many adorable
outfits.
After receiving many requests, I
started selling locally to individuals and in a local boutique.
In
2003 I began selling on Ebay auction site and as my business has
grown, as well as I have in my jewelry techniques
&
designs, I decided to open a website in 2005 in order to reach a wider
range of customers. I truly enjoy every aspect of creating
each
piece of jewelry I make and I love
that
my hobby has become a successful business, which has allowed me to stay at home with my family, as well as meet a lot of wonderful
people
from all around the world.
You
can be confident

each and every Jewelry piece has been handcrafted
carefully
by me, using only the Best
Products
and Components! I only use Professional series beading wire (49
strands woven into 1), the finest quality
Crystals
& Pearls manufactured
by
Swarovski, Czech glass beads, Grade A Fiber Optic Cats Eye beads,
Lampwork beads, Vintage & One of a Kind
beads,
.925 Sterling Silver components, Bali Silver, Polymer Clay beads, and
many other Top Quality
beads
& components!! You will notice that I often use polymer clay beads
in my jewelry designs, as I love the fun & creativity
they
add! I have a few clay bead creators that I mainly purchase from, and
work very closely with, to create special
and
one of a kind clay beads created just for me. The creators I purchase
from have an amazing talent at creating
these
beads and I am very confident in their designs & structure.
The Jewelry

I create are meant to be loved and treasured
for
a very long time, and I take great pride in each piece I create, as
each design is handcrafted by me and are not mass-produced.
I truly enjoy creating these keepsake
pieces
of jewelry for you and your little ones and I hope it shows in my

I use bravenet

I
personally create and design each piece of Jewelry that I offer, and I
custom size each piece according to the measurement
you provide me,
ensuring the best fit possible. To determine the Bracelet size needed,
simply measure the wrist with a flexible measuring tape and add 1/2" to
a Child's total measurement, and 1" to an Adult's measurement. This
ensures a good fit with some room to grow. If you are not able to get a
measurement or the jewelry
you are purchasing is for a gift, I do have
an approximate size chart listed below that you can use as a reference.
Most children and adults fall into these ranges, but keep in mind that
each person is unique and I highly recommend getting an actual
measurement to insure the proper size needed.

*Tip
I have found one of the easiest ways to get an accurate
measurement is to take a piece of string, ribbon or yarn and
wrap it around the wrist, then lay it on a flat surface. Align
your piece of string/ribbon next to a measuring tape or ruler to
get the wrist measurement. Please remember to add to your size
measurement ½" for a chil's bracelet, and 1" for an
adult bracelet measurement.
Example: if you measure your child's wrist and the actual wrist
measurement is 5.5" you would then add ½" to that
total and send me the measurement needed as 6.0"
*Note
Since I custom create each piece of jewelry to fit the desired
length you email me, this may alter the design pattern
slightly as some beads (etc.) may need to be added or removed.
I strive to design my jewelry to fit you or your child, and to
make each piece of jewelry as close to the original design as
possible.
The prices reflected are for baby, toddler or children sized
jewelry unless otherwise stated. (Bracelets sized up to 6.0",
Necklaces sized up to 14"')

would not create a piece of jewelry that I wouldn't put on my own
little sweet pea! To
insure
the safety of your little ones, please
never
leave children unattended with any jewelry and always remove
jewelry before naptime and bedtime. Please keep in mind that the clay
beads I use in my
designs
aren't just crafted for looks, but also for
durability and longevity, but they are not
indestructible. I stand
behind all of my work and take great pride in the
keepsakes
I create
for you. I recommend you remove any
children's
jewelry
before rough play and/or water play. Jewelry is
recommended for ages 3 and up.
