We are currently only on the internet, but local pickup is available in northern New York

Our New items are brand new, factory fresh and sealed unless otherwise noted. Our used items are sold "as-is" and are not returnable (except for products arriving in good shape DOA). Best efforts are made to describe each item accurately. Shipping insurance is required and included in the shipping price for items of substantial value, as it is our only guarantee against damage en route or non-delivery of your item. We do offer a 30-day guarantee on select new, non-consumable products, for replacement or refund. If you find the need to return an item, email us first so we can discuss the best course of action and to set up an RMA. Items returned without notice or an RMA will be refused and/or unacknowledged.

We accept PayPal. We generally ship one business day after receiving payment and expect payment within three (3) days of closing. Immediate payment will result in priority handling from our facility.

We pack orders in sturdy boxes with good clean packing materials. In keeping with our mission to reduce, re-use and recycle, your package may arrive in a recycled or reused box with new, used and/or recycled packaging.
