If you have never been to an auction, or, new to ebay, please take the time to research the item you are looking at, please ask ALL questions, when in doubt do NOT bid. I’ve been on ebay for 9 years now selling and lately Iam questioning my future on here. You are not at the store, you are not paying store prices, I try my best to find good quality tack that I would use myself, Iam not going to sell something I feel is unsafe. BUT if there is a flaw, something that I didnt see myself, please contact me, we can work something out FAIR to everyone involved. Recently its gotten out of hand with outrageous demands, "oh the skirts on the saddle are shorter than I was looking for" ok I agree to take it back, but I will not pay for shipping, that seems fair, NO I get a negetative, or I bought 3.3 lbs of silver saddle screws....OH for 61.00 I thought I was getting all stering, no sorry I wont take back, I never claimed sterling, I claimed Alpaca mexico. Sterling would have been hundreds of dollars, SO I get the negetative. NO one absolutely no one on ebay pays for the shipping on buyers remorse. Please take the time to go the extra mile so you know this is something you want and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS, as I will for my own, good or bad.

IVE RECENTLY NOTICED NOT A HIGH MARK FOR SHIPPING PRICES.  PLEASE NOTE; Iam on the east coast, most of my shipments go to the west coast or close to it.  Priority mail 1 pound 1 ounze is $8.30 shipping, now think about it one pound thats a headstall, thats a cheap pair or reins.  over  8 bucks to ship east to west.  Please take this into consideration while rating my feedback, I try very hard to keep prices down and I very easily give partial refunds on shipping if too much is charged.

Recently it has come to my attention about peoples lousy shipping habits. I recently paid 150.00 for a bridle, over charged for shipping and after 10 days the item is just now being shipped after I prompted the seller with a email.

Ebay sure has changed in the 8 years that I’ve been selling. Please take a moment and compare my shipping habits with others and I hope I can make you more comfortable when placing a bid.

I ship three times a week, usually every other day I try to take the weekends off. I ship priority mail and I charge priority mail. I do hate to pay other peoples high charges thinking Iam getting fast shipping when they still use parcel post. I know you want your item immediately and I try to get it to you quickly. I also use Fedex ground for heavy items they are cheaper than UPS and faster. I love using the flat rate boxes, they save you even more money on combined shipping.

If your item has buckles or something that can "squish" Iam shipping it in a box, I hate to receive my items balled up in a bag. Your getting a box, properly fitted for each item (hopefully). I try very hard to treat my buys as I would want to be treated too.

I try very hard to find unique items in great working order for my ebay customers and hope for a great relationship with each buyer. If there is ever a problem or question after you receive the item, please contact me and Ill try to work it out, BEFORE you leave feedback.

So when your making your bid choice and completing your feedback, please remember fast and careful shipping, sometimes its worth the extra 1.00 to get your item to you safe and secure.
