Ozark Arts & Treasures:

     My eBay store is currently undergoing "remodeling" as I add new listings, remove old ones, and correct the postage on many of the items offered.   It is quite a mess and many categories may be temporarily empty.

When I get it all back together, I will again be offering used books, my original art and an assortment of collectibles and used items. 

As always, I strive to give you the best service possible.  I describe items in detail, I don't charge big handling fees (only $1), make every effort to ship promptly, and give full refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

About me:

     I began selling on eBay in July 2003 (Wow! Has it really been that long?) and started my store a few months later.   Originally just used books and collectibles, I added my original art to the store in May of 2005.

I live on a tiny farm in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas with dogs, cats, ducks, llamas, horse, and my two college-age daughters.  I live in Tontitown (aka "Tiny Town) which just had a major population increase and is now 1,697!

Future Plans:

     Plans?  What plans?    The "plan" right now is to get my store back together and ASAP start adding new items. Please check it out frequently as new items are added!

If you really want to know about my shipping and return policies, here they are, in boring detail:

• Will ship to: USA, Canada, Europe & UK, Australia and New Zealand.
• Types of Payment: PayPal, Money Order or personal checks (in US).  PayPal for international purchases.
• Payment Due: Please send payment within 7 days after close of auction.
• Shipping: Cost of shipping = postage + small handling fee. I ship 1-2 business days after receipt of PayPal or Money Order. 7 days after receipt of personal check. 
• Combined Shipping: I am happy to combine shipping of all items purchased within a 7-day time period.
• Refunds/Returns: To return an item for refund, please contact me within 5 days after receiving the item. After it has been returned (in its original condition) the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.
• Feedback: I am glad to give feedback after I know that you are satisfied with our transaction.
