Delivery 

Delivery and postage fees will be show on the shipping and handle section on every listing.

It is important to give us a delivery address at which someone will usually be available from 9am to 5pm to sign for the package. If your work place is more convenient for you, it is a good idea to give us your work address rather than home address. (Note, if you pay by paypal, we will only sent the item to your paypal registered address)

All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be assumed by us to be authorised to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or hospital reception or office secretary signing for receipt of delivery at the specified address.

 It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with Post Office to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

We will not despatch goods until payment has been made in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

All order and delivery information should be provided with care and accurately. We reserves the right to pass additional delivery charges on to you should re-delivery be required as a result of incorrect delivery details.

WARRANTY

* Merchandise has been opened and tested for quality assurance before dispatch to avoid defective products being shipped.

* Exchange only if goods is not same as what you purchase. It must be requested within 3 days after receiving the package.

* All sales are final, please ask all questions before bidding to avoid getting an item your not happy with. 

* All shipping fees regarding goods return are paid by buyers and MUST sent by registered air mail to our requested address.

* Shipping fee is not refundable.

* Item must be returned in its original condition include original box without any physical damage (scratches, crash, flaws of any kinds etc.)

For Seiko, Casio, Citizen Watch: * We guarantee ONE YEAR WARRANTY from the date of payment.

For Polar, Tissot Watch: * We guarantee TWO YEAR WARRANTY from the date of payment.

* Repairing is Free of Charge except in case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care.

* Sent your watch to back to our office for warranty service and repair.

·        All shipping fees regarding goods return are paid by buyers and MUST sent by registered air mail to our requested address.

Warranty Term and Condition

(Timepiece product, except the case, band, glass and battery, is warranted by us to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty service you must take or send the product (postage cost paid by original purchaser for the product sent to our Service Center) with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to us. There will be no parts or labour charge to you. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended when sending the product to our Service Center that you package the product securely and send it insured. The return shipping is paid by the original purchaser, as soon as we repair the product, we will inform you to deposit AUD $8 for Registered Post delivery fee onto our bank account, we will sent a notice to you as soon as the watch ready.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if:

(1) The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment.

(2) The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity.

(3) The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a our service center.

(4) The case, band, glass or battery is damaged or worn.

(5) The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service.

(6) The warranty period has expired.
