Shipping Practices

We do our best to offer an honest description, to package carefully, and to ship promptly. We ship all domestic packages (except Hawaii/Alaska/APO) that weigh more than one pound via UPS Ground. It normally takes approximately one week if you are on the east coast....some what quicker if you are on the west coast. Expedited shipping options are available by request. We ship EVERY day Monday through Friday, but keep in mind that UPS does not take packages on the weekend. We ship the day following receipt of payment. Friday afternoon through Sunday payments are shipped out on Monday. All UPS shipments are insured and tracked at the cost listed in the ad.

I was first introduced to eBay by my wonderful husband who is an avid eBay shopper. I began my part time eBay business so I would have more time at home with my three BEAUTIFUL children. They are such blessings! In my "previous life" I was a licensed CPA for 12 years. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration. All figures listed reflect equivalent body measurement, not the actual measurement of the jacket. Columbia Sportswear measurements result in a generous fit for the body measurements listed below. MENS TALLS are 1 1/2" longer in the sleeves and 2" longer in the body of a short parka and 3" longer in the body of a long parka compared to regular sized jackets. To measure SLEEVE length: measure with arm relaxed at side and slightly bent, from center of back across shoulder point to elbow and down to the wrist.
