Shipping :
Our cut-off time to ship out any order is 3:30 p.m. Central Time. We ship out goods Monday-Friday through UPS and USPS. Orders are shipped on the SAME DAY they are received with consideration to the fact that they are submitted with all the correct information, credit card number is correct, and the item is in stock. Your shipping address must be correct. We also offer Express overnight delivery and customers will be charged accordingly.

Returns and Exchanges :
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 3 day, money back guarantee. Here is how it works:
- If you are not completely happy with your watch, call us within 3 days to obtain a return authorization.
- The item must be in pristine state (no scratches on the lenses or on the frame)
- Return the Item in the original box with all original packing material, manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and any other materials that came with the Item.
- You must pay for shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the Item you are returning. If you choose not to insure and we do not receive the Item - the liability is yours.
- If you think you may want to return your Item, please do not use it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch or Sunglass(for even short periods) without scratching or blemishing it in some way. If your returned Item shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money as we do not sell used Items.
- If you think you may want to return your watch, do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return.
- Special orders are not returnable.
Exchange Policy:
The exchange policy is the same as the return policy except for the following:
- Call to find out the availability of an optional model.
- Enclose invoice with defect information or optional model number desired.

Warranty Information :
Warranty coverage does not apply if the item has been altered or physically damaged. Warranty coverage also excludes the crystal, battery , and strap due to wear and tear. Warranty Info We warranty all our products to be free from defects for a period of (1) month. After that period, the warranty is valid with the manufacturer (In most cases). Sometimes the watch will have to be sent directly back to Pacific Time for warranty. Sunglasses warranty are only by factory defects only.
