After the Auction ends -- An Invoice from us will be sent to you Via eBay's emailing system after the auction has ended, it will read " painted-sky's Invoice " and it will have all the information you need to make the payment with, please note.... For Multiple Purchased items you want shipped together, please see our MULTIPLE PURCHASES POLICY BELOW.... If you don't receive an auction invoice from us within 2 days of end of auction, Please email us or call us at 256 - 630 - 2338 any time.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES.... We want to help you save money on shipping your multiple purchases, but we can't let the purchasing go on for more than 7 days at a time, and we ask that you pay for those items after the 7 day period is up, since we list 100s of auctions monthly, buyers will always see more things to bid on, and we just can't afford to just let a buyer keep buying until they feel they are done, so PLEASE NOTE THIS, YOU GET ONLY 7 DAYS TO SHOP FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS AT A TIME, THEN WE SEND THE INVOICE, NO EXCEPTIONS, IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THIS POLICY AND DON'T PAY THE INVOICE ON TIME FOR THOSE MULTIPLE PURCHASES, WE WILL BE FORCED TO PUT YOU ON OUR BLOCK BIDDER LIST, THIS IS OUR BUSINESS AND THIS IS HOW WE RUN IT, PLEASE DON'T TRY AND CHANGE ANY OF OUR TERMS or CONDITIONS, WE ARE ALREADY DOING THIS TO HELP YOU OUT ON SHIPPING COST, PLEASE DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US FOR TRYING TO HELP YOU.

MULTIPLE PAYPAL PAYMENTS ON MULTIPLE AUCTIONS WON.... If by chance you are purchasing Multiple Items, and pay for them separately through Paypal on your own without using OUR painted-sky Invoice, we will have to ship them separately, as you paid for them separately, and then have to charge you accordingly for ANY additional shipping charges before we can ship them. We are trying to save you money on shipping your multiple items together, but paypal charges us a fee per every transaction, and a final value fee, so if you pay for them separately we will be asking you for the additional shipping costs to ship them all separately, PLEASE Wait for our invoice we will send you with all the items combined, we keep track of the items you win and add them to a new invoice each time you win one, so you always have an updated invoice and so you can pay at any time within the 7 day buying period.

PAYMENT Due Times.... Payments are due within 5 days after a single (1) auction has ended, and that's all you are purchasing -(THIS IS FOR SINGLE ITEM PURCHASES ONLY ). FOR MULTIPLE Purchased items being paid for with Paypal, payment must be made within 2 days after the end of the final auction Won of your 7 day shopping spree, ( So if you have made multiple purchases within the 7 days that we give for Combining Your Auction Items, you have 2 days to make payment when paying with Paypal ). When or IF your First auction becomes delinquent, we start a brand NEW Invoice all over again, we will no longer add to the past due invoice. CHECKING FOR YOUR ITEMS in the PACKAGING when it ARRIVES to Your Destination.... When we ship multiple items in the same box or package to save you on shipping costs, we will at times Safely put 2 or 3 items in the same bubble bag, some times even put a smaller item in a small zip-lock bag first then put it in the bubble bag with the other item or items, so please check all the packing very thoroughly before you throw it away, especially if your not finding one of the smaller items, all our items are checked and verified with the shipping invoice before we package it or them up, ALSO when there is one auction AND two auctions in the same box the item numbers will be on our return address area so that the customer can see what it is that is being shipped. If more than 2 auctions are shipped in the same box, a printout will be included with the items in the box with check marks and total of items sent circled.

RETURN POLICY.... Our return policy is among the easiest on EBAY: If we have grossly misrepresented an item, we will refund 100% of your PURCHASE PRICE, plus the amount of money it took you to send the item back....... All other returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and shipping and any handling costs are non-refundable. NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL VIA EMAIL, DO NOT Just send it back without us first communicating. All requests for refunds must be received within 3 days after you receive your item(s).... NO refunds will be approved after this 3 day time frame.... All items returned must be in the condition they left us in and with all the Gem Materials, Watches, Chain Bales and so on intact, it needs to be returned with all it was send out with, or no refund is possible... PICTURES.... We take the best pictures we can of each item, but we are not professional photographers. All computers are slightly and more different (sometimes dramatically different) in their Color, Tone, and Hue settings for each individual monitor. Therefore, there may be an occasional slight variance in the color, tint or hue of a piece from the pictures, so at times it may be slightly off in color when you get it. Also we take close ups so you can see the item better, so make sure you read the descriptions measurements on the actual size of the item, so you know approx how big it is, the quarter in a photo is to get an IDEA of the size of the item.

BRACELET SIZES.... On Cuff Bracelets, use the measurements listed in the auctions description to determine the approximate wrist size. First, just measure the distance around your wrist where you want the bracelet to go. This is easy to do with a tailor's tape--you probably have one in your sewing kit!! Second, look at the auction and simply ADD the listed measurements for the "inside cuff end to cuff end circumference" and "gap" measurement together. =( Example: the inside cuff end to cuff end circumference is 5 inches, the gap opening between the cuff ends as 1 inch, so add these together and you get 6 inches, so it will fit up to a 6 inch wrist and most can be adjusted, and that will be listed in the auctions description, so please read all what is written in our auction pages.

Origin of Items we sell.... Most Jewelry is purchased because the buyer loves the look of an item, and it is a personal preference, and some are sought after by collectors, but it is the Buyers sole responsibility to Actually know what they are purchasing, and do their own research, as we can only give the information that we gathered when we purchased the items, we cannot verify our information in our descriptions due to many different circumstances, like ........ the person who had them in an estate was the only surviving spouse and they don't know this information about the items, or the information is given by an estate executor who had the items looked at by a jeweler, or did their own research, or a large group of jewelry was purchased from a Dead Pawn purchase, Auctions or individually purchased from other collectors, and a lot of items are already tagged with information by the previous owners or estate personnel, we remove these tags or writing on the items most of the time before we sell them, or the Gallery or Person it came from gave us the information we use, or was made by, we also cannot verify the exact age of items, or any hallmarks, or who had them first, second, third and so on. We try our very best to give you all the information we have gathered, and have purchased many Native American Identification Books on the Makers and Hallmarks of Jewelry, and use the internet to do research on these items, and use that information we researched, in addition to the information we have been given and we give all that information we know on an item in our auctions, and we thank all the other eBayers out there who also take the time to let use know more about an item we may not know about, so if you see an item that has information you feel is incorrect, or can give us more information on it, please email us, or call us about that information you have, we never purposely or intentionally misrepresent anything we sell, and will always do our best to bring you the information we gathered about that item, we are not experts by any means.

Please Note:.... We do not make or resize any jewelry, we also don't clean or Polish the pieces we list, because most people prefer the original old patina, of course if you want a piece polished, we can do it for you, but we only do hand polishing, and don't use any machines.

Sizing rings.... now a days jewelers have the best updated equipment and can size any ring even if it has inlay work or small stones, I even seen them solder hair thin filigree work with the stones still in the ring, is your responsibility to have any item you purchase from us to have sized at our own risk by your own jeweler.

If you think you see a flaw in one of the photo's that we don't elaborate on in the description, we may have not seen it, and you are responsible for asking questions, if you can see it in the photo's and make the purchase, you will be charged the restocking fee if your asking for a refund, so please ask if you think you see something, I take a lot of time to take as good photo's as I can and at most every angle, so you can see what it is your purchasing.

Turquoises.... If we know a piece of turquoise is natural, we will say so in our description by using the word Natural, we know we have many pieces that have natural turquoise, but if we didn't get the info that it was natural we don't say natural even if we think it is, we will just say genuine turquoise, we don't make guesses, we list our items with turquoise as genuine turquoise because that it what it is, genuine turquoise whether it has stabilization or not its still a genuine piece of turquoise, if its plastic turquoise we will say so. It is very difficult to test every piece of turquoise that comes through our hands and we list those items with the information we got on the piece, in order to really test a piece of turquoise for stabilization, the stone would have to be damaged somewhat to test it properly unless its absolutely obvious, there are and have been many many different ways people have come up with stabilizing turquoise and even some polishes can be considered a semi stabilization and turquoise has been being stabilized for well over 100 years, they just get better at it over the years, stabilizing turquoise didn't just happen since in the 60s or 70s, so bottom line is, if we know a piece is natural we will say so, we don't make guesses and all that isn't listed as natural in our sites is listed as genuine turquoise.

Measurements in the description: ... When we put measurements in our descriptions we try to use the closest fractions down to 1/16th of an inch - Example = 11/16th of an inch will be described in our auctions as 7/8+" or 7/16th of an inch will be 3/8+ ".... Also minor fractions not noted in the descriptions of up to 1/16th of an inch off are Not a Gross Misrepresentation of the item.

GOLD ITEMS ... On any of our Gold and Precious Metal and Gem Items, in case of a Worldly situation that causes Gold and other precious metals or Gemstones to sky rocket or soar in price, we reserve the right to raise our prices accordingly and or cancel or void any of our auctions or store items without notice.
