Insurance is optional on all items, but highly recommended. If damage should occur in shipping and you have to file a claim with UPS, I will assist you in filing the claim.

Customer service and your satisfaction are very important to me.  I strive to present ponies and products that are only the best.  If you do have any questions about something you are considering purchasing, please ask before buying or bidding.  I truly love these ponies (in truth, I am a little nutty about them), and I love to share these beautiful works of art with others.

I ship as soon as possible after receiving cleared payment.  I will ship your pony as soon as I possibly can, and will email you a tracking number when it is sent.

If you feel I have misrepresented a purchase you made from me, please contact me, but please give me a chance to respond and see if I can help you before carrying your concerns any further. I will respond with twenty-four hours to your concerns.

Why I do not do "pre-sales"

I have had a few people ask why I do not do pre-sales. Here's why.  When an order is placed for Painted Ponies, the ship date is not guaranteed.  Ebay requires that any item being auctioned be able to deliver the item within 30 days of the end of the auction.  

I inspect each pony carefully before it is shipped.  I am not able to do that or tell you what numbers you will receive on a pre-sale.  It is likely that I will receive all 1E's, but I won't know that for sure until I actually receive the ponies.

So, I don't do pre-sales.  I believe that by only selling an item I have in hand, I am doing right by anyone who purchases from me.
