Here's a little more about us and our products.
-
|

All of our posters and prints are on Lokta fiber paper, hand made in a process that does not use trees and harvested in a way that does not even kill the plant. The inks used are a non toxic, water soluble dye based ink.
|

We are a small artist owned and operated art studio. all of our auctions are artist direct offers. We thank our customers for all the support you provide us and all the support you provide any other artists on ebay.
|

The packaging that we use are all new packing materials and are very easy for our customers to reuse or recycle. We use absolutely no styrofoam or messy shred papers. We encourage you to reuse or recycle all of it. Thank you.
|

Dispite most of our artworks being of exotic themes from the far flung corners of the earth, they are all made here in America. Ironic isn't it?

Our most Frequently Asked Questions & Store
Policies
Q&A about our Wall Scrolls.
Q: Are these real ink drawings or
prints?
A: All of our scrolls are fine quality
prints on an exquisite hand made fiber paper called Lokta paper. They are
primitive style scrolls made with natural materials, are extremely beautiful and
go with nearly any other decor.
Q: Is the Bamboo real or plastic?
A: Yes, the Bamboo is real.
Q: How long are your wall scrolls?
A: Our wall scrolls are Aprox 9 1/2 inches wide by 25
inches long.
Scroll measurements include the hanger cord and tassels
while hanging. This is how much wall space is required to hang one.
Just the
Art size for our scrolls is aprox 7 by 19 inches.
Q&A about our Art Posters & Print Sets
Q: Are these framed or unframed
A: All of our posters and print sets come unframed.
Q: Can you tell me more about Lokta paper?
A: Lokta paper
originates in the Himalayan mountain region of Nepal and is made in a process
that has remained unchanged for about 2000 years. It is made from the bark
fibers of the Daphne Papyracea bush which is simply referred to as lokta, and is
harvested in a way that does not kill the plant. The resulting paper is very
durable, extremely strong and kind of like a cross between paper and cloth. It
is also naturally resistant to insects that normally destroy regular wood pulp
papers. This is a tree free paper alternative that does not support the
deforestation of our planet.
Q: Do you sell frames?
A: Sorry, we do not sell frames.
Q: What kind of inks do you use to print
these?
A: It's sometimes different from print set to print set but most
of the time when printing on all natural fiber papers we use dye based inks.
Q&A about Shipping &
Handling.
Q: When will you ship my order? How often do you
ship?
A: We must take care of orders as we
receive them. All of our items are made in our art studio so most of our time is
spent in production of the art we sell. All orders usually
ship within 3 to 7 days. If your order is time sensitive (like a birthday gift) please
email and let us know the date you need it by so we can write it on your
order to insure it ships in time.
The easiest way to find out if your item has been shipped is to
check your email. You should receive an email the day your order has
shipped. Or log into ebay and view the item page and click the order details link
Q: Do you express ship?
A: No. This is a service that we have chosen to no longer offer
due to unreasonable expectations and deadlines of previous customers.
Q: Can you ship to a APO or PO
Box?
A: Yes, not a problem at all.
Q: Do you give a discount on shipping for
multiple item orders?
A: We sure do, after your auctions end you should receive an
email or invoice from us with any shipping discounts, order total and payment
options.
Q&A about payment for our
auctions.
Q: What payment methods do you
accept?
A: We accept credit card and echeck payments through paypal.
Q: Will you send me an email with my
order total before I pay?
A: After your auctions end you should receive an invoice
from us with your order total, including shipping and any discounts. If by
chance you did not receive one just send us an email requesting your total and
we'll send one right over.
Q: How long do I have to pay for my
item?
A: 25 days. After 25 days have expired you will receive a
payment reminder. If we do not receive payment within 5 days of sending the
reminder we file with eBay for nonpayment to get our auction fees back.

Q: My item has not arrived even though it
was sent weeks ago. is it lost?
Q: Why is my order taking so long to

A: If your order is an international order, most likely it
is stuck in customs. That means it is not lost, only delayed. We'll do
everything we can to try and track it down and speed it on it's way. We've seen
some shipments take up to 3 weeks to clear customs. I know, it's terrible
but please have patience.
Lost packages do occur from time to time. You
must wait for the carriers (FedEx or USPS) allotted delivery time to expire
(usually 30 days.) Once it expires and you still have not received your items,
we can file a claim and send you a new shipment. You may be required to file
a lost / stolen mail report or sign some documents we send you to help with
the claim.
