We currently ship to the continental USA. All other please contact before bidding. We always try and offer the most economical shipping method. We will ship via the following services: US Media Mail, US First Class Mail, US Parcel Post, US Priority Mail and UPS Ground Insured. If you are bidding on a auction that has another shipment method listed than the one you prefer, please email us for a shipping quote. We will always honor your request to ship via a different method than that stated in the auction. MULTIPLE AUCTION/COMBINED SHIPPING For convenience, we will combine multiple items that end on different dates (ending within 7-day span) into one package to help on shipping charges. If you are wanting to take advantage of the combined shipping, please email us so that we are made of aware of your intentions. Each add'l auction you win is $2.00 more. SHIPPING INSURANCE We encourage our customers to purchase insurance because we cannot be held responsible for loss packages. For peace of mind, please include $1.50 per each $50 value on all items that are to be shipped via the US Postal Service. All auctions listed with UPS Ground shipping include insurance up to a value of $ 100.00. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS Winning bidders are expected to contact us within 24 HOURS of auction's close to let us know how and when they intend on submitting payment, unless payment was submitted immediately upon auction's close. Otherwise, payment must be submitted within 3 days using Paypal. If no contact is made within 24 hours and no payment submitted, 'palmetto_boys' reserves the right to relist the item. Non-paying bidder alerts will be filed. FEEDBACK Feedback is an important part of the process, and we take pride in always leaving feedback for our buyers. You should receive positive feedback for all items that you purchase from us that is in accordance with the above terms. Also we would appreciate it if you would please be kind enough to leave positive feedback for us once you receive your package. In the rare event you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us and identify your problem. We will work with you to come to some resolution. We do state in our auctions that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but we are always willing to try and make your purchase from us a pleasant one. We do not believe in reciprocal negative feedback. However, please note that we reserve the right to ignore rectifying any problem if unfair feedback is left on us before we are informed and allowed an opportunity to resolve it.
