We hope everyone enjoys our products. If an item has been used we tell you how much and if there are any stains or holes that we seen. Remember when it says : NWT, you can be sure it is brand new beacuse one of the Ladybugs has picked it up on their shopping trips!!!!!! Many times our used items are far from used! They just look good on the hanger and then once we try them on they don't quite look right and we end up selling them.
