My name is Marcia. I am a 40 something female living near Buffalo, New York. I am an animal lover from as far back as I can remember. Along with my husband and teenage daughter, I also live with 3 Dogs- a Shepherd/Husky mix (T-Bone) and a 2 Bassett Hounds (Dozer & Waffle), 5 Birds- an Umbrella Cockatoo (Kiara), 1 Cockatiel (Alli Babba), a Sun Conure (Gizmo), and two parakeets (Pocket & Picachu), an aquarium full of Land Hermit Crabs, and a tropical fish tank.
But, don't worry!
None of my pets have played with or come in contact with the dog toys that I sell!
They are all BRAND NEW!

I have been selling on eBay for about eight years and just love it and the wonderful people I have "met"! Although this is a full time job for me, I am not a store; just a private individual whose living room and basement look like a dog toy warehouse!

As my sales have increased on eBay, I am blessed with being able to stay home with all my babies!

I donate a portion of all my sales to several animal charities, the main ones being Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Chautauqua County Humane Society, PETA, and the IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare).

All the items I show for sale are IN STOCK and ready to go. On a very rare occasion, if 1 or more of the toys pictured in an auction is out of stock at time of shipping, I reserve the right to substitute a similar toy of equal or greater value. Normally in a case like this I will contact the buyer first and give them a choice of an alternative dog toy.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Up until now I have always offered a full money back guarantee, but I have been taken advantage of by buyers choosing the wrong type of toys for their dog so have to change this policy.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR DOG CHEWS UP HIS NEW TOYS.

Please choose toys that are suitable for your dog, taking in to consideration his size and aggressiveness of chewing.
Each toy I offer is described to the best of my ability with both words and pictures, but how your dog will behave with the toy is not my responsibility.

I will however, offer a money back guarantee within 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT if the items are returned in BRAND NEW condition with all tags attached.
ALL PAY PAL AND EBAY FEES will be deducted if you want a cash refund.

You must e-mail me for a return authorization number before returning items.

I am sorry to be so strict on this policy, but as stated before I have had several bad experiences lately. Example: A buyer let their dog play with his toys for a week, destroy them, and then wants to return for a refund!
This buyer even threatened me with negative feedback if I did not comply.
I'm sure you can see how unfair this situation is.

My opinion is that dog toys are for dogs to play with, chew up, and have FUN with!
It is normal for dogs to chew their toys, that is what you buy them for.
I'm sure most people would prefer their dog chew up his own toys rather than THEIR shoes or furniture!

All the toys I offer are of the HIGHEST quality and standards,
but are BY NO MEANS represented to be indestructible.

INSURANCE Is optional.  If you choose NOT to purchase insurance, I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged packages once they leave my hands.
