We've included below many questions that we have received in the past, hopefully, they will assist you in determining whether shopping at Pampered Pup and Stuff will be a pleasant experience.

• Q:  I like the item, but I can't find the size?    A: If we don't have the size your looking for, just ask, and we will try to get it for you.
• Q: I am not sure what size I need? A: Send me an email and let me know of the breed and weight. I will try to recommend the correct size based on previous experience. 
• Q: Can I exchange for a different size if the item doesn't fit?    A: If you realize that the item doesn't fit when you receive it, just let us know within 7 days and we will work with you.  You will be responsible for shipping and handling, but we will always give a discount to the original s/h fee.  If the size exchange is to a larger size, you may be responsible for the price difference since the vendor charges more for larger sizes.
• Q: How long will it be before I receive my purchase?    A: We will always attempt to ship you the item the day after the payment is received.  Of course there are those rare moments that we can't do this , but the shipping will never be delayed by more than a couple of days.  If payments are received early in the morning, we may even ship the same day!!!
• Q: Do you do combine shipping (USA)?    A: Most definately. I charge based on weight. If you are purchasing small items, the cost for shipping of each additional item is minimal. If you purchase a few shirts, the price is based on weight, but if the combined weight of items + packaging is around a pound, the shipping cost is $4.75 (ie. of current Priority Mail rate). If you are purchase a number of bulky items (i.e. 2 LG dog coats) plus some additional items and the package weights 2+ pounds, I will ship via Priority Flat Rate and the price is approximately $8.50 (depends on current Priority Mail rate).  If you need specifics on the cost for your items, please feel free to send me an email and I will let you know. I can assure you that you what you pay is usually equal to or less than what I pay. I never hide the postage amounts because I want to ensure to you can see that you are paying for what you are getting. My high star rating on 'shipping costs' are high and I plan to work hard and get them even higher. Unlike other sellers, I make ZERO profit on shipping!
• Q: Do you do combine shipping (Non-USA)?    A: Yes, as long as all items fit in the FLAT RATE Priority Mail envelope, you only pay ONE charge.  This disount ONLY applies if all items fit inside standard flat rate envelope and total weight is not greater than 4 pound.  Since International Priority Flat Envelopes are limited to 4 pound, please let me know if you are purchasing multiple items so that I can ensure that I can put them all in one envelope since the ability to place them in one envelope increases your discounts!  When the items are clothing in the XS to M size, on average, I am usually able to fit 3-4 items in one package.  When your purchasing multiple items, I highly recommend that you allow me to removed the clothing from the original containers since this makes your items lighter and this means less shipping/handling fees for you! 
• Q: Can you send me additional pictures of the item on sale?   A: Yes, please send us your email address with your request and we will be more than happy to send you additional pictures.

• PURCHASE OF A LEASH AND COLLAR/HARNESS with a cost GREATER than $15.00: Pampered Pup will choose a free DOG TAG/CHARM for you and include it in your package.
• PURCHASE PRICE OF $50 OR MORE (Not including s/h fees)--USA only:  Pampered Pup will choose a free toy for you and include it in your package.
• PURCHASE PRICE OF $50 OR MORE (Not including s/h fees)--INTERNATIONAL only:  Pampered Pup will attempt to include a toy. As a result of space and weight constraints in the flat rate envelopes we are not always able to include a toy.
