I have definetly learned my mistakes from not being specific enough on my auction. Below I have addressed the concerns of insurance, quality of the product (card grade), and shipping and handling fees:
SHIPPING and handling:
In the case of Insurance, I would strongly recommend it for your protection (not mine). I am not responsible for lost or in the case of delivery confirmation - no shipping info provided (please note: an item lost that had insurance does not mean you'll get a refund - damaged goods will, but I will need them back or you will have to work it out with your post office). I apologize if some of the items might seem high in shipping and insurance, but it is for your safely as well as mine.
International Shipping (especailly Italy plese read): All international shipping (and handling) is doubled! That includes Canada (although I do take a few dollars off). Understand it is a huge inconvenience for me to ship internationally, but from popular demand I have added it at this extra cost. Please note that you are paying more for my time than actually shipping costs! THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE SHIPPING.
ITALY customers: your POST is extremely slow with most US packages. Shipping to Italy can take over several MONTHS! In ADDITION, ANY TYPE OF PLAYING CARDS IS PROHIBITED TO MAIL TO ITALY (in their long list of items such as live bees, food, drugs, etc). So I do not want to hear any italian customer complain they didn't get their cards as they are NOT ALLOWED.
Discounts on Shipping and Handling: I do offer discounts to US customers who buy more than one lot. (additional $2 for 100 lots, $5 for 500 lots, and 75 cents for singles) - Always taking the highest shipping charge at full price. Please understand I need to charge something per lot to cover my Ebay and Paypal fees so please don't ask for more of a discount regardless of how many you win!
When I Ship: All packages are mailed first thing on saturday mornings only. In order to ship your package then, please allow a cut off payment time of around Friday around 2pm. If you pay after this time, please be warned that it could be over a week until your item is actually shipped. I definately limit my auctions on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday for this reason to please try to understand.
My random lot Pics: Please understand that there are some 12,000 unique different cards. So when you look at my pics for my random auctions, please understand that it is just a picture. When that picture was taken, those were the cards that were put into the lots. I'm not going to update my pictures every week, month, or whatever. So please understand it is (was) an example of what you could receive... call it a stock photo if you want.
About My Feedback
RECEIVING FEEDBACK: I have had customers email me asking for their feedback. Paying customer gets feedback after I receive yours first. And I only enter them all about two times a month, so please be patient as it is coming.
GIVING FEEDBACK: please do... lol. I feel that it is important to let future buyers know how you felt about the experience of shopping with me. HOWEVER, I DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY FEEDBACK AS A MEANS TO HELP UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, I WILL FIX ANYTHING IF YOU JUST ASK, YES ANYTHING! leaving me negative feedback will ONLY, yes ONLY hurts you as ebay allows sellers to block people with a certain amount of negative you receive.
FURTHERMORE: I wish people would realize the consequences of a NEGATIVE. If you are unsatisified, please email me first. I am extremely fair and will do whatever I can to accomodate you. I do this not for the feedback but because I believe I am an honest person who does what is right. So if you would please just spend a little extra time before going to Ebay to be VINDICTIVE, always email the seller (any seller)! I also want everyone to know:
EBAY OFFERS MEDICAL INSURANCE TO POWERSELLERS. LEAVING NEGATIVE CAN TAKE AWAY A PERSON'S MEDICAL INSURANCE. I hope that you can see the seriousness of that with ALL the sellers you will purchase with on Ebay! So should you feel like you're having a bad day and want to leave a little nasty negative for someone (before you've contacted them), please realize you could be jeopardizing that's person's family's health!!
