As with any shopping on Ebay or anywhere else on the Internet, we strongly recommend that you read descriptions and ask questions prior to bidding. We make every attempt to describe each item we sell to the best of our ability. We are not responsible if you purchase an item from us and when you receive it, it is not what you anticipated because of a misread description. We take our selling on Ebay seriously and make all attempts to provide our customers with the most accurate information we can and most pleasureable shopping experience we can. However, we will not provide refunds or partial credits because you misread an item description.
A Note on Photographs
We make every attempt to provide photos of the items we sell. In some cases, can not always provide the exact picture of the item being offered, however, we always provide a picture of the item and we ALWAYS provide the size of the item. If you bid an item for which a picture of the full size item offered, but we indicate a size is smaller than the full size, we are not responsible if you believe you were bidding on the wrong size. Again, we urge you to read the descriptions of the items and ask questions BEFORE bidding.
A Note on Feedback
We all understand that feedback is a critical part in the eBay community. Therefore, if you are going to leave us a negative feedback, please communicate with us first, let us work out a resolution. Leaving negative feedback without attempting resolution first causes serious problems for both the seller and buyer on eBay. In many cases, negative feedback is the result of misunderstanding or miscommunication that can be resolved to our mutual benefits and understanding. So, please talk to us first before you leave negative feedback. We, certainly can work around any problems that could occur. If we made a mistake we will correct it. We are not in the business of deception or fraud. Also to this end, if you bid on one of our items and do not pay for the item, we utilize the full powers available to us by eBay. We don't hesitate to provide negative feedback to those that don't have the courtesy to contact us through payment or email. If you decided after an auction is over that you made a mistake in your purchase or you have a problem with the auction, please contact us, do not just not pay for the item. If you are happy with our service please leave us positive feedback we will do the same for you.
Shipping, Handling & Postage
We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If your payment is received on a shipping day, and we have already shipped our packages for the day, your item will ship on the next available shipping day.
Handling:
We charge $2.00 handling on ALL our items. This is a flat amount added to each order to cover the cost of handling. This is a separate fee from postage and is required on every shipment. Multiple purchases are the cost of shipping +$.50 per each additional item. We do make adjustments to this, so please contact us with questions
Shipping:
We ship First Class, Priority Mail Flat Rate, Media Mail, Parcel Post, as well as UPS Flat Rate or Ground. Our postings for shipping rates are based on how we would like to receive the items we sell. If you want a different method of shipping (i.e., less expensive), please contact us before making payment so that we can recalculate your shipping.
Please Note:
We are not in the postage business, do not make a profit from charging postage and only charge what we are charged for postage. If you don't provide the proper postage amount for shipping, your shipment will be held until proper payment is received or you provide other shipping instructions and pay the appropriate postage for that shipping. We ship merchandise in the manner in which we ourselves would like to receive it.
If you prefer regular mail or parcel post, please contact us for rates PRIOR to making a payment. We ask our Global customers to contact us for shipping rates prior to making a payment. Global customers should also remember that we ship Global Priority Mail which is higher than Air Mail Parcel Post, but your merchandise arrives in good order.
Shipping charges:
These charges vary depending upon weight; some charges may be higher due to the weight of the item. Again, contact us BEFORE making payment for exact item shipping rates.
Returns and Refunds
We will accept returns of items that are not sold "AS IS" and only with prior email to us listing the problem. Please be advised of the following with regard to our return policy:
1. We must receive an email within 10 days of receipt requesting a refund. No refunds are offered after 10 days on any item.
2. We must receive the item before we will make any refund. You pay the return postage, which is not refundable. If we receive the item for return back after 30 days, it is subject to a restocking fee indicated below.
3. Women's Beauty items: We always list whether an item is full size or sample size. Please be sure before bidding that you are aware whether you are bidding on an item that is the full size item or sample size. We will NOT accept returns if you misread the item description as to the size of the item. If you have questions before bidding, please send us an email.
All of the beauty items we sell are new and unused, unless we specifically mention its use in our item description. We check each and every item before we post it on Ebay. Items that are sealed by the manufacturer are kept sealed and we consider the item new and unused. If you receive an item which we have indicated is new and unused and it was opened in transit, please contact us upon receipt.
4. Partial Refunds: We generally do not provide partial refunds on any items we sell. We are very specific in our descriptions as to the quality of the item we sell, however, we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis. Our restocking fee, if we accept return or provide partial refund, is 10% of the price paid.
5. No refunds of any kind are given to items that are sold "AS IS".
