Paradise
Sauna, a division of Clark Street Marketing, LLC,
is an authorized far-infrared sauna dealer. The company is located
in Southeast Lower Michigan and has satisfied customers all over
the country.
Paradise Sauna was founded after
its owners, Dave and Diane spent one summer shopping for a sauna
that would help improve Diane's health. They studied long and
hard to find the "Perfect Sauna" - one that was quality
built, had the most important features, such as non-toxic sturdy
construction, and excellent quality heater elements, but would
not cost an arm and a leg.
In their search for the perfect
sauna, they also found that the sauna industry was lacking in
honest, informed representatives. They saw that the industry really
needed someone to help shoppers sort out all the differences in
features and the wide range of prices on all of the different
saunas on the market. So they decided to open Paradise Sauna and
help shoppers with their personal first hand knowledge of what
they know about far-infrared saunas and far-infrared sauna therapy!
Customer
Service is Our Top Priority!
After some “not
so pleasant” experiences in their search for the perfect
sauna, it also became apparent to Dave and Diane that not only
did the industry need someone to help shoppers with selection
and pricing, but it also needed some real, honest, down to earth,
full time customer service.
So, when Paradise Sauna was formed
they made the promise that they would make Customer Service their
top priority. This meant that the absolute lowest, rock bottom,
supplier mandated price would be offered to every shopper (not
just the “noisy” ones) that came to Paradise Sauna.
Shoppers can be assured that every Paradise Sauna unit is discounted
every day to everyone and no one will pay too much!
Shoppers can also be assured that
Paradise Sauna will be there for them before, during and after
their purchase with any questions or problems they may have. A
full time, live person will gladly take every call to the toll
free number and answer all emails. If needed, problems will be
sent to troubleshooting within 24 hours and replacement parts
will be shipped promptly.
Dave and Diane know what far-infrared sauna shoppers need and
they have promised to provide it through Paradise Sauna by offering
quality, affordable saunas and an honest, hard working dealership!

so much for a great product. I couldn't believe the
quality, pricision, and how easy it was to put together.

your company. I would like to point out the extra mile that
Karen went to help me yesterday. She was polite, knew her
product and did everything possible to make my need for
