Fantastic view from our home!

We're just a small family enterprise, tucked away in Tokyo's western hills!  The mountains here are cool year-round, and feel like a different world from the busy urban sprawl less than an hour away. This is only a small hobby for us, and sales have never turned much of a profit; However, we always try to give you the professional feelling that you are dealing with one of those big bookstores!  We really enjoy the manga's gorgeous art and thrilling stories. And the people we meet (both here and abroad!) are the best in the world!

We are fortunate to live in the land where true comics were born, and this allows us to find the newest and best that the manga universe has to offer. If you don't see what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us. You will always be received by someone who actually loves manga as much as you do, and not some zombie sales-staff!  Please be patient if we don't answer right away; we are probably just relaxing in a local hot spring!

We use our website to honor your gift coupons, and introduce you to new comic series (you may even preview a few chapters in our new online reading room!)  We also enjoy showing photos of our travels and our local area!  Please feel free to drop by and say "Hello", and perhaps discover ways that you can help our Manga Community grow!

We have recently reduced the size of our eBay store a bit.  This will allow us to provide a faster, more personal service to our treasured customers and friends.  (Frankly, orders were begining to outpace our ability to ship your packages in a timely manner). However, we will never reduce our interest in Manga!  To help trim fees & cut costs, only a small portion of our library is available on eBay at any moment, but you can always view our complete listing (or even suggest a new book), and we will post your favorites for sale anytime!
