We are an independent reseller of refurbished, commercial laser printers and accessories. We specialize in Hewlett Packard and Lexmark models but also carry Murata, Tektronix and other brands. The equipment we offer makes exceptional printers for you at reasonable prices.
Large companies and institutions typically lease their office equipment. As the leases expire, we purchase this equipment in large quantities. Due to the savings from the bulk transaction, we are able to inspect, refurbish if necessary, and pass the savings on to our customers.
Due to our affordable prices we have attracted commercial clients and residential customers that require high quality printing equipment. We do not list all of our printers on eBay. If you do not see a specific printer you are looking for, please contact us and we can advise you if we have what you want and when it will be listed.
Our in-house technician is certified on HP and Lexmark equipment. All equipment goes through our 21 point inspection to insure it is in proper working condition before it is shipped to you.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For that reason, we will post positive feedback for all completed transactions once we are sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We measure this satisfaction through feedback comments left for us and check them at least once weekly.
When you receive your item, please remember to leave positive feedback for us!
If there is ever a problem or question before or after the auction ends, please contact us via email. Make sure that your question includes the auction number and an email address so that we can email you a reply. We don't want negative feedback left for us over something simple that we'd be happy to work out!
Payment must be in U.S. dollars. We accept PayPal, money orders or cashier's checks in U.S. funds. Credit card payments are accepted via PayPal only.
We prefer to receive payment and ship item within 3 days of close of auction.
We are very proud of our shipping practices. We take special precautions to make sure your printer will be properly packaged. Your item will be sent when the following is done.
a. PayPal verified payment has been received. or b. Money order or cashier's check is received and verified by our bank.
Packages are shipped on business days (Monday thru Friday except for holidays).
If your item arrives opened or damaged, do NOT sign for it. Indicate the damage to the deliverer and make sure that he or she notes on their paper work the condition of the package. Then contact us with a description of the damage so that we can make sure a claim is filed.
If you would like to have multiple auctions shipped together in the same package, please contact us. Auctions shipped in separate packages will incur separate shipping costs.
We ship printers and accessories to the 48 Continental United States.
At this time we only offer shipping of accessories (not printers) to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please contact us for a quote on shipping.
Our NO DOA (not dead on arrival) warranty - we guarantee our equipment to work as described on arrival. If it does not, please contact us so we can resolve this to your satisfaction.
AS-IS - When an item is noted "AS-IS", there is no warranty unless the shipping box is physically damaged. You need to make sure the delivery driver notes on their paper work the condition of the package. Then contact us with a description of the damage so that we can make sure the claim is filed with the shipping company. Also, contact us so we can resolve this to your satisfaction.
