The only real problem we have encountered has been a lack of response or communication. Did you purchase an item by mistake...? Maybe there is a problem getting a payment to us, just let us know and if at all possible we will work with you. Problems seldom solve themselves. Communication can be the key to preventing and-or solving problems. If there is a problem and we do not know about it, we can't work to fix it for you.

If you are one of our customers, you are a part of our business. Without you, we would not have this business. That would make our 2 dogs  very unhappy as we could not afford the treats & toys they like so much..... We thank you.  They thank you.

We means myself and my "partner" for over 49 years, my wife. She seems to be the "senior" partner even though I am older. We have been self employed for most of the years since 1975. We know what kind of service and product we expect from other businesses and suppliers. Our customers are entitled to expect nothing less from us.

We try to provide eBayers with as many photos as we believe necessary to enable you to preview our items.  If we are going to err, we prefer it be with more photos and information than not enough. Not enough pictures of an item...? Email us as we usually have more and will send them to you.
