My Seller's Policy
All items are described and pictured to the best of my ability and expertise; if you aren't sure about something, it is your responsibility to ASK FIRST -- BEFORE BIDDING
If you bid at last-minute or on impulse, without asking questions, and don't get what you expect, you are still legally committed to pay for the item -- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The same applies if you win an item and are upset about shipping costs from Canada; PLEASE ASK FIRST
I pack all items very carefully, but I can no longer refund any part of your invoice due to loss or breakage in transit; I'm happy to suggest and quote alternative (non-postal) delivery means.
NB: As of April 1, 2008 I am no longer posting ceramics, china or glassware on eBay due to unacceptably high loss and breakage from mis-handling by Canadian and US Postal services.
Also, as of April 1, 2008 I regretfully can no longer send items to coded American Military addresses (again due to losses of items by USPS) -- only civilian addresses, please!!!
If you want to do LOCAL pickup, I have to be told BEFORE the auction is over; a minimum handling charge may still apply.
Any items not paid for in 7 days from invoice will be re-posted; the non-paying buyer will be reported to eBay and blocked from any future bidding on my postings; and negative feedback will be left.
If something is truly wrong -- an honest mistake in description, dimensions or condition -- I will work with you to make it right.
