I've been a
collector most of my life . When I was just a boy I would
go " PICKIN " . This meant garbage picking and
I would fix or clean the stuff up and then have a Garage
sale . If I had all that stuff now I would be a
millionaire . Anyhow that's what taught me the value of a
dollar . When I was a teenager I would go to town dumps,
or as you call them now "Recycling centers",
and that's where I found alot of good stuff that I would
sell at Flea markets . On Nov. 11 ,1989 I married my
beautiful wife, Evelyn, and we've been happily married
ever since. We have 2 boys, Lenny 11/10/90 and Tommy
2/2/94 . In 1999 we found E-bay and love to sell our
extra stuff so we can buy more stuff .

Chef Paul Agrusti
says good taste runs in the family . " My
great-grandfather was a wine and olive oil producer and
my Grandfather and Father are Chefs and Resturaunt Owners
. Paul has worked in his family's resturaunt since the
age of 7 . At age 15 he wanted more experience and worked
in Preakness Hill Country Club until he went into the
Culinary Ins. of America (CIA) in Hyde Park NY at age 17
right out of High School . He started working at The
Manor in West Orange at age 18 while attending the
Culinary and graduated the CIA in 1986 at age 19 and went
right back to the Manor to work for another 3 years . In
1988 he worked as a Sous Chef in the Parsippany Hilton to
get Hotel Experience . At that time he entered 3 Culinary
Salons and won a Gold medal , Silver medal and a Silver
Platter for Best Plate Presentation of Show . In 1990 he
became partners with his Father ( Leonard ) and Brother (
Adam ) in the family restaurant, the Colonial Grille .
Since then we created Colonial Catering . In 1994 he
became a Certified Working Chef from the American Chefs
Ass. When Paul's Grandfather died in 2001 the family
decided to sell the resturaunt . Paul became a Cook at
Preakness Healthcare and hopes to be Dietary
Supervisor/Food Service Director someday . Since working
in Preakness Healthcare he has been~ Certified in Food
Protection by State of NJ Nov 2002 ~ Certified in Food
Service Management by State of NJ April 2003 ~ and
obtained Food Handlers License of NJ April 2003 ~ Dietary
Managers Assoc. eligiblity for Certified Dietary Manager
in Oct 2003 .
