If you won and paid for an item from our auction:
Please, be patient. We ship from 3 different warehouses from East and West Coast. Your payment will be processed, item packed, labeled and ready to go. Then our shipping staff member will mail this item to you via USPS or UPS. We always ship via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground (depending on the weight and destination). In most cases we will ship your item ASAP after your payment has been processed and posted (eBay and PayPal require all sellers to ship paid item within 7 business days period). If you won and paid for your item, you will get it - no matter what, unless you supply us with the wrong address, or your country's customs are having a problem with you receiving this shipment. We always keep receipts of our mailings. If you email us with the delivery question, please, include the Item Number, your user ID and your shipping address. Thank you for looking and good luck at our auctions! We hope, you will have a great experience with us!

If you are sending us Money Order or Cashiers Check for the auction:
International customers are responsible for their country customs and import taxes!!!

Make sure, you will have the item number; your name and your shipping address clearly printed on a separate piece of paper, OR email us your shipping address along with the item number. It is necessary for our clerks to mail the item correctly and without unnecessary delay. No personal checks!!! Remember, if you intend to send personal check, or you forgot to write item number AND your shipping address clearly, - your item will NOT be shipped and negative feedback may be posted on the 17th day of auction close!

Non-paying bidders will receive an Unpaid Item Strike to their eBay profile on 17th day of auction close day. NO EXCEPTIONS! So if you won the item from us, please pay on time.


If you have received the shipment from us and the item is damaged in anyway, you have to report this matter within 3 days after shipment arrived. If you have NOT reported the damage within this period of time, any claims regarding the damage will NOT be accepted! No exceptions!

Remember: if sending the item back to us for replacement at any reason, we will not reimburse you for your shipping expenses. Make sure you understand this before sending anything back to us, please.

If refund is desired, instead of replacement, follow all the steps above. After the item is received in the original condition it has been sent to you, we will be happy to issue a refund, MINUS original sh/h charge (which is never refundable) and minus 15% re-stocking charge. No exceptions.
