General Policies:

Returns: All sales are final. We inspect our merchandise when we acquire it, when we list it, and again when it is packed for shipment. E-mail us with any questions you have before bidding. If you honestly feel that what you have received is not as described, contact us within 7 days so that we can come to an agreeable solution. Disputes arising due to loss or damage without insurance being requested and paid for will not be grounds for return or credit. Bidding on our auctions is your acceptance of these terms.

Shipping/Handling: Send e-mail for discounts on multiple shipping items. All shipments go out, at the latest, the Saturday morning following payment received and/or cleared. Alaska, Hawaii, and international buyers need to send E-mail with your ship- to information to get a shipping quote.  We will leave feedback as soon as payment has been received and/or cleared, and would appreciate your feedback upon receipt and inspection of your item.

Insurance/Delivery Confirmation: We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Buyer assumes risk for shipments without insurance. We strongly urge you to purchase insurance; it is relatively inexpensive. Delivery confirmation is optional, and is an inexpensive method of tracking; however, this only confirms the arrival of the package at the Post Office, not when they process it and/or deliver it.

Payments: We accept PayPal, personal checks and U.S. Postal money orders. Other types of money orders and personal checks may take up to ten days to clear. Payment is expected within seven days.

Fraud: Any suspected misuse of credit card information, violations of PayPal and/or E-bay policies will be reported immediately to the proper authorities and/or law enforcement agencies. We will cooperate fully with them in their investigation. We reserve the right to decline sale to anyone at anytime for any reason. Should this occur after a winning bid payment was received, all monies will be refunded.

International Customers: PayPal is the only form of acceptable payment at this time. Your shipping and handling charges will depend on your location and of course the item and method of shipment chosen. E-mail us with your complete ship-to information for the most accurate quotes. All other general policies apply.
