PAYPAL

Important Information for PayPal users that pay using EChecks

Using an echeck to pay for goods/services is essentially the same as sending a paper check.

In an echeck transaction, money is directly taken from your checking account. However, at the time an echeck is processed, there is no way for PayPal or the SELLER to know if you have the funds available in your account to cover the echeck. Therefore, the echeck must clear your bank. This can take 3-5 days.

This is the same thing that happens when a paper check is sent. The seller deposits the check, waits for it to clear (up to 10 days), and once (s)he is confident the check is good, the seller will ship the items or provide the service.

If you have ANY questions regarding the use of echecks, you may contact PayPal Customer Service directly.

As we make every attempt to ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment (and strive for even quicker shipping), we cannot and will not ship items before payment has cleared.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Important Notice to International Buyers

To avoid any surprises or misunderstandings, please note that importing goods from the U.S. can result in your national Customs authorities charging you Customs Duty and/or other additional related taxes (for example a Value Added Tax or a Purchase Tax).

YOU, as the importer, are responsible for paying any such taxes. We have no control over what taxes you may be charged by your own national tax authorities. We are not responsible for compensating you for payment of any such taxes. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax you might have to pay, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE entering into a contract to purchase.

Some countries prohibit or restrict the importation of some types of goods. It is your responsibility to check with your national Customs authorities whether the goods you intend to import are subject to any restrictions. If your goods are retained or confiscated by Customs authorities for any reason, it is your responsibilty alone to negotiate with them the terms on which such goods might be released to you. If your goods are undeliverable for any reason and are returned to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs which may be charged back to us.

______________________________________________________

Lastly, on any Customs forms, we declare the full purchase price as the value of the goods. We DO NOT declare lesser values.

We also DO NOT mark goods as a "gift".
