I collect African American Barbies. My collection includes over 500 dolls. All of the dolls are African American except for two. One my parents gave me almost 40 years ago, the 1965 Blonde hair and blue eye shadow Barbie. The other doll is the 1989 Wedding Fantasy Barbie I gave my daughter.
I didn't really start collecting until 1997, but every year since I have added to my collection. Most of the dolls are designer, limited editions, or exclusive club member dolls. I have brought the majority of my dolls from ebay.
Since I have moved I no longer have room for all my Barbies and I have been slowly selling them on ebay. Check them out!
