RDR Support Services provides third-party eBay consignment sales support to Postal Connections of America franchises.  Each Postal Connections store is a privately owned franchise which may choose to work with us to provide their customer's with eBay listings on a cosignment basis by:

• Providing high quaility digital photographs of each item, highlighting important features
• Preparing customized descriptive listings for each item 
• Posting items for sale on eBay in a manner that provides the best selling opportunity  
• Managing the entire sales process including answering buyer's questions
• Collecting and disbursing payment from the winning bidder 
• Packing and shipping sold items to the buyer

After the item sells, the listing store pays the seller!  If an item does not sell, the buyer pays nothing, unless special eBay services were selected.

Return Policy:

All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at rdrsupport@verizon.net or a refund will not be granted. Once the goods are inspected a refund will be provided within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
