What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS or USPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com or www.usps.com and entering your tracking number.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS ground and USPS First Class Mail usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver, UPS 3 Day Select and USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day, 3 Day Select, USPS First Class, Priority, International Airmail Letter, Global Priority Mail with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Virginia company, we are required by state law to charge 5.00% sales tax when shipping to state of Virginia addresses only. International buyer is responsible for all custom and border taxes.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday through Sunday during normal business hours upon appointment with us. A handling fee may apply to local pick up items

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS or USPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), your local Post Office and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.
