Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days. We prepare every item with great care and are confident that your purchase will meet or exceed your expectations, much like the other 99+% of our customers. Returns are only accepted for 7 days. Please inspect all items before use. (Once your item is used, we cannot accept a return.) To return a purchase please email us the following information.
Please read the information below before proceeding. Merchandise credits good for any future purchase and can be issued for all returns. If an item is not what you expected, you may return it to us for a credit. Shipping and Insurance excluded and not refundable. Credits are valid for 90 days from date of issue. Please note that credits are applied to the email address on file. They cannot be transferred to other accounts. Cash refunds are also available for all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all cash refunds. Shipping and Insurance costs excluded and not refundable. Please note, PayPal refunds will be sent to the eBay address associated with that transaction. If your item is materially different than our online or email descriptions, the restocking fee may be waived and your refund may include original shipping and return shipping (up to original amount paid). Please note: for auction purchases, if you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue a refund. So please contact us, we'd like to help. For purchases that are lost or damaged during shipping, this Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy does not apply. Step 1: Request A Return. Email us and "Request A Return" and let us know the reason you wish to return your purchase. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you avoid the need to return your merchandise. We want you to be happy. Step 2: Receive a Return Claim Number. Once you submit your return info, you will receive a "Return Claim Number" email. Please include a printed copy of this email with your repackaged item. If you are unable to include a copy, please clearly print you name, email address, mailing address, Return Claim Number and item description/eBay item number so your return can be properly processed. Step 3: Pack it up. Please be sure to pack things as carefully as they were originally packaged. All items are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued. All tags must still be attached, any boxes or packaging intact and not damaged and merchandise cannot show signs of wear or use. Note: all boxed items, must be shipped INSIDE an appropriate cardboard shipping box. Step 4. Send it to us. Please be advised that return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that you track and insure all returns to prevent lost and damaged packages. You are responisble for any loss or damage while being returned. Step 5. We send you a refund. Once we receive your return, it must pass an inspection before any credits can be issued. Once approved, a cash or credit refund will be issued and an email notification will be sent to you. Returns are usually processed within 10 business days. |
