As a member of the VeRO program, monitoring of eBay auctions is done to enforce trademark rights, copyrights, and property rights against unauthorized use.  If you are here because your auction was suspended, you may have infringed upon these rights.

Penguin Love holds the exclusive rights, granted by Keypoint Company, with regards to certain copyrights owned by Keypoint Company.  Penguin Love  has a legal obligation to protect these intellectual property rights, trademarks and copyrights against unauthorized use and distribution.   All rights are reserved and may not be reproduced without the expressed written permission of Penguin Love. Any infringement of these rights will result in requesting eBay to suspend the auctions.
