Hi everyone, I created this "About Me" page to give eBay buyers a little insight as to who we are and what we're all about. We pride ourselves on being honest, reputable sellers that buyers can trust and buy from with confidence. When it comes to our customers the most important thing is that they are completely satisfied with every aspect of the sale, from beginning to end, no matter how big or small the purchase. That's why we offer fair prices, reasonable shipping and handling rates on a variety of delivery methods, and same day or next day shipping Monday thru Friday and even on Saturdays from time to time. We also try to make the whole experience worry free by sending emails when the auction ends to confirm the purchase, when the item is shipped to supply shipping and tracking info and about a week after delivery has been confirmed to remind you to leave feedback, not to mention our 14 day money back return policy (see terms of sale in listings).
We are not a heavy volume seller. We don't use a drop shipper, we don't have a supplier and we don't buy wholesale lots consisting of customer returns and shelf pulls. All of the clothing and footwear we sell is brand new, first quality, and guaranteed authentic. I purchase the items from high end retailers such as Footlocker, FinishLine, Foot Action, Olympia, Macy's, J.C. Penney and Sears, bought mainly off clearance racks so I spend a lot of time (and gas money) checking all of the above stores as well as others, on a regular basis in order to find popular brands and styles. I thoroughly inspect all the clothing for any flaws and clean the shoes with sneaker cleaner in cases where they have been lightly soiled by customers handling them and trying them on in the store, and if there is ever a case where I couldn't get something off I would clearly state that in the listing. Once my items have been photographed and listed they are neatly folded or boxed and properly stored in a smoke/pet free environment. So because of a higher overhead, gas and mileage for frequent trips to stores and daily trips to the post office, quality packing materials and all the time and work I put into the listing and selling on eBay, our shipping and handling may be slightly higher on some items but you can be confident that you are getting items that are well taken care of and are packed and shipped as professional as any online retail store. And don't forget we also offer combined shipping discounts on multiple item orders.
In regards to shipping times, I guarantee you that your package will be shipped exactly when I say it will be, which is the same day as payment or the next day if after 2 pm, so when you track it on the usps website you can be sure that the date they were electronically notified of the package or the following date is definitely when it was brought there for processing. If for some reason it is not, I will always send an updated shipping confirmation to let you know. Packages being shipped by Parcel Post from MA to the central states and further west will take longer due to the fact that they are sent to a Bulk Mail Facility in Springfield, MA where they stay until there is a full load going to a specific zone, so often times the tracking info will not show any movement because it hasn't left Springfield yet. Therefore, the number of days between the date I say I shipped and the date it left Sprinfield, MA can vary. Also, please keep in mind that once a package is turned over to the post office it is out of my hands and I have no control over what happens to it after that, afterall no carrier service is perfect and from time to time a package will get missent and even left behind if it is sent by Parcel Post, due to adverse weather conditions or heavy First Class mail volume such as the day after a holiday and almost always at Christmas time. If you are the "I get it when I get it" type of person then the less expensive Parcel Post shipping method would serve you well but if you're the "I gotta have it now" or the worrying type then choosing Priority Mail is always worth the slightly higher rate, in fact, some times it's so little difference that I just automatically upgrade the package to Priority shipping, especially when the buyer pays for their purchase right away. There has been more than one occasion where a buyer has given us a low "shipping time" rating because their package took longer than they expected it to, even though it was shipped the day of payment or the next day, so please don't blame the seller for the actions of the carrier service.
To our international buyers, we offer 3 shipping methods. First Class, Priority and Express. The only method that is guaranteed to be trackable is Express, Priority MIGHT be trackable depending on the country. First Class the least expensive but is not trackable and cannot be insured so if you choose this method we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost or damaged.
