ALL-AUCTIONS TO COMBINE: Auction invoices calculate pretty well by adding the weights. The ship prices you see in checkout are often correct as you are seeing real-time carrier rates in these listings. The discounts are not visible as they don't show the higher individual prices, just the total is factored. You are receiving the lowest ship price possible. We do not use boxes unless necessary to keep your ship costs and footprint to a minimum. We do not use priority boxes, we purchase our own as USPS sizes are not compatible with our product sizes and the rates are high considering the package sizes.
COMBINED INVOICES: PLEASE request a combined invoice by proceeding through eBay checkout. To save you the most possible, we pack and weigh your multi-item packages to arrive at best method and price. Combined invoice requests are processed in the order received from 9am Mon. - 3pm Fri.. If your combined invoice request came in over the weekend you will receive your combined invoice on Monday (it may take until Tues. during peak weekends). Multiple items purchased by single bidders, will not be invoiced together unless requested. Some items cannot be combined due to size / weight, while others may ship together regardless of eligibility for discounts.
QUOTES: Feel free to contact us for quotes on multiple item purchases, however quotes may take up to 72 hours as they are processed after actual orders and we pack and weigh your multi-item packages to arrive at best method and price for a quote.
FEES: Charges are added to each order to help defray costs such as: packaging materials, labor and transportation to carrier.

UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESSES: We cannot ship to unconfirmed addresses. Confirm your addresses before ordering.
RETURNED PACKAGES: Packages returned as 'UNDELIVERABLE' or 'ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN' cannot be refunded. Additional postage will need to be collected to re-send your item.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST BE UPDATED BEFORE PAYMENT: We cannot change your ship addresses for you.
BUY INSURANCE: Items are lost and stolen often often from within carrier routes. We cannot help you if not.

Merchandise will only be accepted for return with prior authorization. When regarding errors or defects reported within 3 days: we will replace, repair, credit or refund - at our discretion. When regarding unused/unopened items: return shipping is paid by customer; refunds are credited minus S/H; transaction fees and a 20% re-stock fee apply. Sorry guys, but the following items are ineligible for return: copyrighted media, incense, vitamins, personal care items and purchases valued less than $30.00.
