We describe our items to the best of our ability

We send winning buyer notifications, payment recieved notifications, shipping notifications (with tracking number)

Ship within 1 business day of payment clearing (we are not able to ship on Sundays or Holidays)

We package all items as best we can 

Charge exact shipping cost or less, in the rare event the shipping calculator overcharges one of our buyers we refund the difference.

Insurance is for our protection, so we pay for it when we feel it is necessary.  If we do not pay for insurance and an item is lost or damaged in shipping we will cover the cost of the lost or damaged item.
