PerazzaPrints-com provides an internet-based service to users, which they use to design and sell merchandise through user submitted images. We contractually prohibit our users from using the service to sell merchandise that infringes third party copyright. We encourage intellectual property rights owners to contact us if they believe that a user of our service has infringed their rights. If you notify us that your rights are being infringed by one of our users or products we will (in our discretion) require that the referenced content is removed from our inventory.

Refunds will be given as a refund or exchange for another poster. Original item must be returned in original packaging and original condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer assumes all rights of work as these are custom one off prints. The print is not produced until the buyer specifies which print he/she would like printed and in what size.
