Sometimes we get asked why our prices are a little bit higher than our competitors'. The extra time and money we put into making sure you get your furniture, undamaged and in a timely manner sometimes means we cannot offer the lowest price, but I can guarantee you will not be able to find the same high level of customer service and accountability from any other vendor. In other words, you get what you pay for. :)

• We keep a full inventory so are able to ship most orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Most of our competitors order your furniture from the manufacturer only AFTER you have placed your order, so that is an additional delay of 1 to 3 weeks.

• We handle all freight claims for you. Our competitors make you file a claim with the freight company, which is a long, drawn-out hassle at best, and at worst they will not compensate you for the cost of the replacement parts.

• We stock all replacement parts, so are able to ship them to you at no charge within 24 hours. Our competitors have to order the parts from the manufacturer. Not only will they charge you for the parts and make you file a freight claim to recoup your money, but you'll usually have to wait 1 or 2 weeks just to get the parts.

• Excellent customer service and accountability - you will always deal with Drew or Lisa. This is our business and we take great pride in making sure every customer is satisfied with the quality of the product as well as with the way they were treated. Chances are slim that you will get the business owner when you call one of our competitors. You'll be lucky to get the same person twice.

• We use custom-built oversized pallets and surround the product with 1/8" hardboard. Our competitors often ship the furniture loose, which dramatically increases the chance of damage.
