About Us
We created PerformancePDA.com after my 5 year daughter broke my Palm IIIc PDA. Since the damage was not covered under Palm's warranty, I decided to search the Internet for the part to make the repair myself. To my dismay, the few sites I found selling repair parts and services were charging waaaay too much, so I decided to do something about it. I found local and overseas suppliers then began purchasing repair parts and accessories in bulk and passed the savings onto our customers. Before long, the competition after threatening legal action soon found out that they did not own the sole right to sell PDA parts and accessories on the Internet and began dropping their pricing to become more competitive with us. This is what is so great about the free-enterprise system, when there is fair competition; the buyer always gets a better deal.
Not Only Do We Sell Parts and Accessories...
PerformancePDA repairs an average of 150 PDAs/month and has opened a retail store and warehouse in the Atlanta area where customers can have their PDA repaired and find many popular PDA accessories not carried in other stores.
