Payment Info-
Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close. We accept Paypal for all of our auctions. If payment is not made within 7 days of auction close your bid will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.
Shipping Info-
Because most things we sell here are personalized it takes 3-7 business days for your item to be completed before shipping. Please read every listing as some items may take longer than that.
We currently sell to people in the USA and some of our items ship to Canada. Please check each listing to see where the item will ship.
We charge a flat rate for all of our items. Unless otherwise stated, products prices DO NOT include shipping costs.
We utilize UPS for most deliveries, but we also use FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances.
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
Item Availability-
When we list our items products are in stock and ready for shipment. However, because of our large amount of items listed there are occasions where an item has become unavailable. Items may also become unavailable without warning because of a large demand. Although these times are very rare, and every effort is made to avoid this, if this should happen you will have a choice of receiving a full immediate refund or you can wait for the item to be back in stock. Refunds will be made to your Paypal account. To ensure prompt shipping and delivery of every item, we ask that you please send payment at the close of the auction. If you delay your payment, there is a chance that the item you purchased will no longer be available for immediate shipment.
Returns-
Please contact us if there is a problem with your items. Since all of our items are personalized items can't be returned but if they are broken or damaged in shipping we can replace them.
