Auction, Payment, & Shipping Terms
Please Read the Following Information:
(Buyer should read this information and accept the terms BEFORE bidding.)
· Read Auction Description and View Photos Carefully. NOTE: Photos of open stock are samples, but a good representation.
· Please Ask Questions BEFORE Bidding
· Please include TELEPHONE NUMBER with your shipping information - it will save delays in shipping and misunderstandings if for some reason you are not receiving my emails (always check your junk email folder, because I always respond and make timely notifications about purchases, payments and shipping). It is also helpful if customers do not check their email often and there is a question about size, color, etc. or if the item unexpectedly is not available - any of these can delay shipment. Your information is NEVER shared.
· Additional sizes or patterns Of PET CARRIERS, VersaCarts. Market Totes, etc. are often shipped directly to you by my supplier and availability is subject to fluctuation if my supplier has item/s backordered. NOTE: On occasion I may not know this in advance, but will be happy to confirm availability if you'll email me before making your purchase. Payment:
· Payment expected within 7 days
· Payment accepted: PayPal preferred, Credit cards (online, by telephone or email link).
· NC residence pay 7% sales tax on item and shipping

Shipping:
· Combined shipping offered on most items, but some items in my inventory do not fit well into one box and cannot be combined for shipping.
· I prefer to ship UPS Ground and have daily pickup. UPS package insurance is Included for no additional cost.
· USPS Priority will be offered if less expensive.
· Expedited shipping is always available for UPS charge. Insurance will be included in the shipping cost for fragile items or items costing more than $18.00. Please make a note in your emails or payment if you want to be certain insurance is added to items costing less than that.
· International bidders - email me BEFORE bidding. I only ship unbreakable items to non-US addresses and reserve the right to decline shipping outside the US. International buyers are responsible for all customs and additional charges. In addition to the shipping cost, a $3 per package handling fee will be added for international packages. Email for details.
· Gifts can be shipped directly to the recipient for no additional cost other than normal shipping cost. Complimentary small gift card can be included with your message.
