My first and best seller

I have been making and selling eyeglass cases on eBay for over 7 years.  During that time I have moved from a table in the living room, to a workshop I built in the backyard.

From the earliest time I can remember I have always liked to make things with my hands. So when I came to eBay it was obvious that I did not want to buy items and resell them like so many other people do. I wanted to make items for people to purchase, and to do that I knew I had to be really good at what I made.

I have chosen fabric as my medium and use it because it tells about the buyer's personality or interests. The first patterns I used were Betty Boop, and then NFL football, and then all of the others came. I try to use fabrics that are descriptive and will look good on the items that I make. On smaller products I use a small or close together print, while on larger items I can use a larger or more dispersed print. My goal is to have the whole pattern visable without having too much of a repeat so that you lose the design.

Over the years I have added new items to the catalog as I saw a need (and as I was able to make them to my personal standards). Some of the suggestions came from customers, and some came from searching the malls. I realize that not everyone wants or needs an eyeglass case, so I am always looking for the next addition. The list now includes coin purses, cosmetic cases, checkbook covers, mouse pads, night lights, cigarette cases, crochet hook cases, and many other items.
