About me...I always try my best to be nice to everyone, but if you're mean, I will try again to be nice...but if you're really mean, you may not like what I have to say to you! I usually ask why you're so mean tho by the 3rd time. ;-) I really do believe in good communications to solve all issues, if there is any.
I also have a job, family, and life outside of ebay, so please be patient if I don't respond immediately to your questions...especially during the weekends. I try my best to get to you as soon as possible. Since there are times when ebay server is getting maintained or slow, you can just email me direct to cpark@ameritech.net since I check it more often and is less likely to be slow. If you have questions about which products may fit you best, please don't forget to add the following info to your questions, so we don't play e-mail tags. Your age, skin type, ethinicity, skintone, female or male as well as what you would like to improve on your skin. (Skin problems?) This will save you and myself a lot of time.
I think it's really important that you know why buyers and sellers have Negative or Neutral Feedbacks even tho it may have happened long time ago or just yesterday. I've added a link, so please forget to click on it, then go to 'Favorites' on your browser, next to the 'Tools', then add it on...you can title it to whatever you would like it to be. As long as you're a buyer or a seller on ebay, this site will become very helpful to you. Do you really want to purchase from a seller who won't respond to you once you pay for your item? So, go and check-out why ebayers got their Negative or Neutral Feedbacks or what comments were mutually withdrawn. Helpful, right??
You can even check-out why I got mine...I not ashamed or embarrassed about them...I think everyone has their rights to say what they want to say...instead of withdrawing it, so that one can keep their 100% Positive Score. As you can tell, I try to leave feedbacks after the neg. or neutral ones, but since I feel that I didn't do wrong, I thought I could use my time in more productive ways instead of trying to make sure that I cover my behind to look good in others' eyes. Just to prove I was not at wrongs, I may update it when I do have some spare time. It took me forever just to even add 'About ME' page...as you can tell since I have been an ebay member for way over a year now. Heehee...oops. ;-)

Here are some things that I think one should ask about purchasing cosmetics on ebay as well as on all internet sites. Also, I'm going to state some answers to what I get asked often and is not on my listings.
All "high-end" cosmetics should always come in its own manufactured boxes with original seals if that how it's sold at Department Stores. All of my Shiseido products have their own seals on the item, on the product itself or on the box. None of my products have expiration dates on them either. I have yet to see one on any Shiseido products, but I do get asked on this often. I don't know why.
I do not open any of my products...not even the boxes....UNLESS customer has questions about ingredients and I can't find it on the box, then I may open one up to read the product pamphlet and answer back to the customer. Never the product tho!! Never! This has happened to me twice and I post the answers online, so others can see them.
Once a cosmetic item has been opened, it has a life span of about 4-8 months before it has no effect on your skin, so...ask yourself why you would buy something that has been used or opened or tested when you don't know exactly how long it's going to last? NO MATTER what the seller tells you!!! How are you or the seller going to prove when it was last used?? Seller will say just about what the buyer would like to hear in order to sell the product...that is the reason to why they are called sellers.
Always treat cosmetics as food....if you have extras and you don't plan on using new ones for awhile, refrigerate them on top self. BUT DO NOT place the refrigerated items to sit in room temperature and then place it back once the temperature has fully changed. Once changed, keep it in room temperature. Treat them like milk...you wouldn't drink spoiled milk, would you?
Here is another issue I have with customers buying USED cosmetics....if you're at a fast food restaurant and a customer asks you if you would buy her food because she took a bite out of it and didn't like it, would you still buy that food and eat it yourself?? OF COURSE NOT! Even if the customer didn't take a bite out of the item, would you still buy it at lower price than if you were to place the order yourself for few extra dollars?? OF COURSE NOT! So, why does one do that just because one is online?? I really don't get that.
This section will be updated as soon as I remember to add it or find more things that bother me. ;-) It'll be in different color from the last time I post, so please come back and read on. Thank you so much!! As always, your business is very appreciated!
As always, we all can use Less Anger, and More Smiles!
