| I won - Now what happens? | We will send you an email instructing you how to pay for the auction and specifying the grand total. The email is sent to the email address on file with ebay for your userid - So make sure you check that email account. |
| I have not received the email yet what can I do? | If the auction has just
ended or you used buy-it-now, you can checkout using the "CLICK
HERE TO CHECKOUT" link in the middle of the auction listing description. Our automatic emails can sometimes take up to 2 hours to be sent after the auction end. If you have not received our email after 24 hours, please Click Here to send us a message to look into your order. |

| Can you combine multiple shipments to reduce the cost of shipping and handling? | Other than Dutch Auctions or Bundles - we do not offer combined shipping - Since we ship each item on a separate invoice, and items may ship from multiple warehouses we cannot easily combine multiple orders. |
| Can I pickup my order? | Check with us before placing
the bid. Many items are shipped from 3rd party warehouses in other locations so will-call orders may not
be available. If pickup is available, then we will reduce the shipping and handling costs by 50% when you pickup the order. |
| What warranty is offered by Dealtree? | Dealtree
guarantees the item you purchase is in the condition advertised in the listing, or you may return it for
replacement - We do not offer refunds unless a replacement is not available. We do not refund the

item by the manufacturer. We are unable to confirm compatibility, or specific technical question about the item,
