Playing Games is more than just fun to me.  I, like most of you, grew up playing games, Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Risk, The Game of Life, and of course Monopoly.

Games are not the same as when I was growing up, although these games are classics and still fun to play, there are new games in town and most people don't even know it.  Our society has gotten away from sitting together as a family or friends and playing games as part of the evening or weekend entertainment.

Playing games is a fantastic way to spend time with people you know well and a good way to get to know people you hardly know.  I like feeling  I've accomplished something after a game ends.  But whether I win or not, playing the game was the fun. 

Games are a wonderful release from stress, help promote learning in children, give a good alternative to watching T.V., creates a forum for social interaction, teaches you about other cultures, histories, geographies, time periods and allows your imagination to soar. 

Games have evolved so far.  Most people have no idea what games can bring to their lives.  No matter what type of person you are, there is a game for you. 

My mission in my store is to help educate, promote, encourage and demostrate, how games can enrich everyones life.
