A. No. You do NOT have to obtain a authorization number prior to returning an item.

If you are not satisfied with an item, just simply pack it up and return it for a refund or exchange (your choice). Refunds are issued minus shipping charges. We do NOT refund shipping charges. All returns should be returned within 30 days of the ship date. We gladly accept all returns and exchanges that are in unused condition. All return orders must be unused and returned with all tags attached.

All returns shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.

The day we receive your return a refund will be issued fast and in the same form of payment that was originally used for the transaction, no problem.
